1 large bathroom with walk-in shower + single sink unit + WC + towel dryer + Washing machine and dryer + ironing board + iron + vacuum cleaner + drying rack
Outside: barbecue, garden furniture and private swimming pool. Swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.

Our Rules:
Parties not allowed to respect the tranquility of our neighbours and friends (peaceful site for our holidaymakers)
Non-smoking accommodation to respect future holidaymakers (outdoor ashtray on the theme of the sea...)
Mandatory cleaning fee of €70 cashable at the end of the stay to ensure impeccable cleaning and disinfection, appreciable for each of our guests (dishwasher and garbage must be emptied by holidaymakers and appliances left clean after use)


Weekly rental during school holidays:
All Saints' Day holidays: 1200 € /week
End of year holidays: Christmas 1500 € / week
New Year's Day 1700 € /week
February holidays: 1400 € /week
Easter holidays : 1500 € /week
Summer holidays: July / August = from 1 800€ /week
Week in September: 1200 €
Practical information:
Arrival on Saturdays at 15:00, Departure at 10:00
50% deposit on booking and 2000 € deposit
Weekend rental: from 500€

Service offered: bed linen (20€/small bed and 25€/double bed) + towel kit (8€/pers). Sophie will be the pleasure of welcoming you on your arrival. Contact her for the arrival procedures (hours)(tel: +33 6 89 10 48 90), she will also collect the deposit check of 2000€ (please note without a deposit the keys of the house cannot be given to you)
