We enjoyed the lanai looking out at the view with a cool breeze. That is my favorite part. I didn’t have a pool, but we really didn’t need a pool relative up the street and had a pool so the kids went there and we got our privacy.

Beautiful & peaceful!

We had a wonderful girl's trip Mark and Patti's home! Loved spending time reading on the beautiful porch and looking for dolphins off the dock. It was the perfect winter vacation spot.

House is clean and decorated beautifully. They have furnished it with wonderful beds and linens.

Exceeded Expectations!

Perfect stay!

Owners were their to meet us upon arrival and show us kayaks and fishing equipment. The place is extremely clean and all updated. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed walks to the beach, kayaking, and fishing off the dock.

Great Trip!

Awesome!

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Owners very accommodating- great location. The massage chair is amazing and the strawberries were wonderful!

Spring Break 2019

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed fishing, riding bikes, playing games in the Lanai, walking to the beach, etc. It was fully equipped with all the necessities and we absolutely loved every minute.

Wonderful vacation home in Apollo Beach

I live in Apollo Beach and rented out this vacation home for family during our yearly family reunion. Beautiful home with a fantastic view. My daughter saw dolphins almost every morning. Will not hesitate to rent this home again.

Seabird Way

A peaceful spot on the water with lots of wildlife and beautiful sunrises. The house is very put together and met all our needs. We did not want leave.!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed at the house with five adults, two children, and three dogs. We were all very comfortable, and Patti and Mark were awesome hosts. Very responsive to our questions. House was very clean and the view was nice. Would go back. Saw dolphins one day!

A Beautiful Respite

We were blessed to find this gem of home for easy access to Moffitt Cancer center and an abundance of gorgeous beaches to ride out the cold and snow of the north.The hosts were generous with the use of their beautiful, clean and cozy home. We watched sunrises almost every morning in the quiet of the screened porch and enjoyed tranquil afternoons sitting on the pier waiting for the occasional dolphin or manatee to swim by.We highly recommend this welcoming home by the sea.

Beautiful and well-appointed house!

This is a beautiful, very comfortable and well-appointed house. Has everything you might need for running a vacation household. We really enjoyed the screened porch and watching all the comings and goings of boats, jet skis and kayaks on the water. Also saw some dolphins. Owners very responsive and neighbors friendly! Great neighborhood for walking.
