The property was exactly as described and pictured. The communication could not have been better. The applicable details about check-in through check/out were thoroughly explained. The home was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and closeness of downtown Folly Beach. We would definitely consider another stay if/when we ever make it back to the Charleston area.

Great home, close to the Atlantic with easy access to beach directly across the street. Dolphins every morning and amazing stars at night. Property management were responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for just 3 nights to celebrate my son’s graduation from his USCG ME A School Graduation and it was absolutely perfect! We really hope to get back again someday! The views are breathtaking and we had the best time with family together in this beautiful house!

Absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of room for our whole family. The views from both decks were incredible. We saw several deer off the balcony facing the marsh one night. It is so close to the beach, just a short walk. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this house to anyone staying on Folly. It is quite a way from Center Street so a golf cart comes in handy to avoid trying to find parking.

I have to say the views from the top floor and balconies were amazing. Can’t imagine better views on the island. Master bed and bath were great. Couple issues …. Dryer was not usable and had water in it. Got steaks for the last night only to find the propane was empty and the “extra” tank was also empty. Every time we used the stove or cooktop the smoke detector went off. Garage parking was great and would return but for the price the things I mentioned should be addressed. Great week otherwise.

The Views

This property was in a perfect location, away from the crowds. It was beautiful inside and outside! We enjoyed the marsh AND beach views! Plus it was a great dog friendly home!

Wonderful!

Access to the beach was right across the street, and with 3 balconies we could always find the perfect spot if we didn’t want to hit the waves. Kitchen was well equipped: we joked that we were sure anything we were looking for was there if we could just find it!

Family group of 9 had plenty of space and everyone loved the view! My knees appreciated the elevator! Property Mgt company was awesome!

Christmas Family Trip

Our family and soon to be family enjoyed the Christmas holiday at your lovely home. We enjoyed the view of the lighthouse and the size of the house, so everyone had their own space. We had lots of rain during the time we were there and weren't able to see the lighthouse lit up as well as we had hoped. We enjoyed our visit.

Anniversary week

Loved the property! Third week of may we always go to folly! We were married there on the beach in 2017 and we invite the family for some togetherness and its always a blast. Thank you for this years memories.

Clean Property with Great Rooftop

This property was really clean, especially for being pet friendly. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of the trip. With views of thr ocean from 1 side and the marsh on the other there was no shortage of great views. The bonus from my perspective was protected parking in the garage with elevator to get rhe coolers up to the rooftop bar.

Friends Getaway

The property was in a great location with beach access walking distance away! We spent the days at the beach, relaxing on the rooftop patio, and exploring Charleston. Management was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We had 4 families with kids staying at the property and there were plenty of kids toys and activities for them to do while at the house. We would love to stay again!
