Great stay, communication, and cleanliness. The one compliant would be the rail on the balcony was right at eye level to the beach/water when sitting on the balcony. Especially since we like sitting on the balcony in the morning, drinking our coffee and enjoying the view and sound of the waves. Our view was the rail instead. I recommend moving the rail up a few inches to eliminate this (probably can’t go down for code reasons). Or get taller chairs.

Beach Trip

We had a great time at Ft. Meyers this year. The condo was very clean and convenient for our family to be so close to the beach and pool with little ones. We highly enjoyed our stay!

Great time in a great spot

Great location right on the beach with a pool and nice condo with everything we needed. Pink Shell Resort next door provided some additional options for meals too

Thr view and the location were wonderful! The parking was great. The beach was clean and beautiful. Our hostess or contact person was Jillian and she was amaxing! Very kind and helpful! She responded promptly when I had a question about accessing the pool and even with checking out details. She is a gem. The place is next to a great hotel eith restaurants that we walked over to and it is close to lots of places in Ft. Myers. The location was a perfect fir for us, because we were quick driving distance to restaurants and activities, but off of the main strip, so it was peacefuly. Note: You will sign forms for the rental and in the forms they tell you that you have to bring your own supplies, so I brought extra toilet paprr, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. They had sunblock (30spf), dishwasher pods, dish soap, soap and shampoo little bottles in both bathrooms, plenty of towels, and enough toilet paper and paper towls for 3 people for 8 days. I would bring or buy your own laundry items, but they had everything else and it was neatly laid out for us, which was a very special touch. I also want to note that we go down to Fl every few months to see family and stay each time in different locations, it is peak summer down there and I was so impressed with how well the AC worked. It kept it nice and cool...day and night. I also appreciate the blackout curtains that magnetize shut, especially for the turtles safety in the evenings. Thank you Jillian!

Tripower was easy to work with and great communication from beginning to end. Location on the beach and from town was perfect for us. Picked up groceries on way from airport worked well. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. No issues and view from balcony was beautiful. Property was well maintained and good parking.Easy access to beach.Several Chairs and 2 umbrellas was a plus.

Family getaway vaca

Very family friendly environment, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Check in is super easy and the room and view both lived up to the hype. We had a storm roll through while we were there and the host called to check on us to ensure our safety which meant a lot. Highly recommend this one.

Gorgeous condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated so cute and had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and toys for the kids. There were plenty of beach towels and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back

Mother - Daughter getaway

Very nice property. Screen around the balcony was very much a bummer; it really inhibits a clear view. Other than that, wonderful place to stay. Best beach access we've ever had.

Hurricane Milton

Awesome visit!

The condo was lovely. It was newly remodeled, had many necessities for use in making meals, beach chairs, very nice washer and dryer in the condo, dishes, blender and coffee pot. The water pressure was great and the beds comfy. The host even called to let us know we could get in early. The price is right too. Thank you for making our vacation economical and comfortable. The pink shell was next door, which was nice for food, ice cream, and beverages. The only negative is that we were told from the managing company that it is a short 10-minute walk to time square. It was a 20-minute walk, and during the night the street was not very lit; so, we always took an uber during the nighttime.

Great sunset views

Walk through the door and see beach and the gulf! There’s lots of construction going on and also beach restoration so it was noisy, did wake us up most mornings but that’s expected during the rebuild years. Appreciate the all the new towels, there were plenty of sets and enough beach towels. Some of the beach chairs weren’t the greatest but it beats sitting in the sand. Didn’t see a small cooler and that would have been nice to have. Location was great, you can walk to town square and lots of the restaurants or take the trolley as the stop is right next to the condo. Pool was heated but we never used it as we were on the beach every day! Glad this condo is up and running, love to walk out and be on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

Being on the second floor was nice because you can easily take the stairs if you don't feel like waiting on the elevator. This unit it directly across from the trash shoot room which isn't a big deal but there was some noise off and on from an alarm on the trash room door not being able to close due to drain hoses running to that room. The Master bedroom would benefit from room darkening shades, it stayed warmer in there due to the windows facing the beach. We used hangers with clips and hung a quilt to block out the heat. The king sized master bed wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. I think it's probably two mattresses joined together. It crowns in the middle so you tend to roll to the edge. It could use a mattress topper and more breathable sheets. The master bathroom has great water pressure. We couldn't get the water in the second bathroom with a tub to fully transition to the shower so there was always some water coming out of the tub faucet when taking a shower. There's a pocket door that closes off the room with the two queen beds and that bathroom which is nice if you have kids sleeping in there and want to stay up without being worried about noise. Make sure to buy paper towels and bring a few laundry pods if you want to do more than one or two loads of laundry. There were only two laundry pods and one roll of paper towels. We also only had one trash bag. We used our Walmart bags the rest of the week because we didn't want to buy a whole roll of trash bags.
