Welcome to your Ocean City getaway! Located on 33rd Street in the heart of Ocean City, this centrally located 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, non-smoking condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and offers one of the best sunset views in OCMD.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony while enjoying the peaceful bay views and refreshing bay breeze. In the evening, relax and take in the stunning sunsets that paint the sky over the bay.

This fourth-floor unit (please note: no elevator access) features a spacious bedroom with one queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed (new 2026 mattresses on all beds), making it perfect for families or small groups. The condo also includes a full kitchen equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals during your stay.

Area was close to attractions, grocery and food options. Rental was clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and fast to respond for last minute vacation.

The pictures were a very accurate representation of the property. Communication from the host was excellent. I'd look forward to updated appliances for future seasons.

Location was ideal.Place itself.. Dishes weren’t cleaned.. had to rewash them as you use them, floors were still dirty when we arrived, clothes from people before us were still in the washer, don’t expect a broom that actually works, and. I dust pan is there either. Have to use a vacuum.. the sliding glass doors…good luck opening and closing them. The outside hose to wash off your sandy items, does NOT work on the outside of the building.the deck was sketchy. As it’s leaning. And the railing is “shakey” overall wasn’t worth the cost.. also they put water in the hand soaps to “refill” it… can’t even replace a .99 bottle of hand soap, on a plus side you can have the temperature to whatever you want. So that was nice. But I wouldn’t stay there again,.

I respectfully disagree with your review and would like to clarify a few of the items you mentioned. Dishes: The dishes are washed in the dishwasher after they are used. If they have been sitting unused for an extended period, they may appear less than fresh, but the cleaners do not rewash dishes that have not been used. Floors: The cleaners mop and vacuum the floors during each cleaning, and pictures are taken to document the cleaning. Clothing in the washer: The two articles of clothing left in the washer were an oversight by the cleaners. Unfortunately, things like this can occasionally be missed. We did offer to have the cleaners return at a time that was convenient for you, but you were not comfortable with that option. Hand soap: The hand soap dispensers are refilled during cleaning. The soap can separate as it sits, so it simply needs to be shaken before use. Additional refill soap is also provided under the kitchen sink. Sliding glass door: The glass door can be affected by the beach and salt air, which is normal in Ocean City, MD and can cause buildup between cleanings. Outdoor hose: The outdoor hose available for guest use is located on the pool deck. The other hose has been shut off because people outside of the condominium were using it. Balcony rails: The balcony rails are not intended to be leaned on. They are inspected annually by the HOA and are considered safe. We take the cleanliness and safety of the condo seriously and make every effort to ensure it is properly maintained for our guests. We appreciate your feedback, but I wanted to provide some additional context regarding the items noted in your review.
