ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This property does not have A/C- No cable service, streaming services, or internet access- Property runs on septic system; cannot run more than 1 water source at the same time (shower, washer, sink, etc.)- Cell phone service may be spotty due to rural/remote location- Please do not attract bears or raccoons to the property- If trash exceeds the 64-gallon, bear-resistant container, please call Brevard Trash Services at 828.556.3490 to schedule an extra pick-up ($40 fee)- Excess trash can also be taken to the landfill at 142 See Off Mountain Rd, Brevard, NC (minimum $15 fee)- Do not leave trash bags outside or allow the bin to overflow, as this attracts bears and compromises guest and neighbor safety
