Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, Alexa echo, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area which makes for the perfect getaway.
We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair

Each bedroom has a 55” Ultra Hi Definition TV (100+ channels). The cozy main living area has comfortable couches and a 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV. Kitchen is complete with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, beer and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners included), blender and toaster oven.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. It's great for family and friends as well as business groups. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors. So, respectfully, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

We also limit the cars to three cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
