Walk 51 steps down to a secluded cove, relax beneath the pandanus trees, then head back to fire up the wood-fired pizza oven, with a starter supply of firewood included. With 2 queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, an ocean-view balcony and Emu Park just 3 minutes away, it's made for couples, families and special escapes.

THE COURTYARD

Your private courtyard is one of the home's social spaces, with a colourful garden wall, water feature, outdoor dining and comfortable seating.

You'll also find the traditional wood-fired pizza oven and wood-fired BBQ. A starter supply of firewood, kindling and pizza oven tools is included, so bring your favourite toppings and make a night of it.

THE BALCONY

The ocean-view balcony is made for long lunches, sunset drinks and lazy afternoons, with seating for 6 and a large outdoor dining table with bench seating.

THE COVE

From the rear patio, approximately 51 steps lead down to a secluded coastal cove shared with only a handful of neighbouring properties.

Relax beneath the pandanus trees, enjoy a picnic or explore the natural shoreline. Beach chairs, beach towels and a picnic blanket are provided, along with a cold-water outdoor shower.

Silver Waters is in peaceful Zilzie on the Capricorn Coast, with Emu Park only 3 minutes away.

THE PROPERTY

Silver Waters is part of a larger beachfront estate. A separate long-term residence is located on the property with completely independent access. Guests have their own private villa, courtyard and balcony.

WATERFRONT ACCESS

The cove is shared with a small number of neighbouring properties. The approximately 51 steps from the rear patio to the waterfront are for your exclusive use.

The shoreline is natural, with rocks, shells and changing conditions. Swimming may not always be suitable, so please assess conditions carefully and take care around the water.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome, but close supervision is required around the stairs, water feature and waterfront.

ACCESSIBILITY

A ramp provides access from the front gate to the main living level. The bedrooms and ensuites are upstairs via internal stairs. The downstairs powder room is not wheelchair accessible.

PARKING

One driveway parking space is available, plus designated street parking in front of the villa.

WI-FI & MOBILE RECEPTION

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is suitable for everyday browsing, streaming and remote work. Mobile reception can vary depending on your provider and location.

LONG STAYS

Weekly and monthly stays are welcome. The home is fully equipped for extended stays.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Silver Waters is well suited to wedding stays, elopements, anniversaries and milestone celebrations. Please contact us before booking if you are planning a gathering or event.

PETS

Pets are not permitted.

PIZZA OVEN & BBQ

A starter supply of firewood, kindling and pizza oven tools is included. The oven and BBQ must not be used during declared fire bans, or in strong winds or unsafe weather. Please follow the instructions provided. If we have safety concerns, we may ask guests not to use them.

The pizza oven is weather-dependent, and no refund applies if it can't be used during your stay.
