CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

*BBQ and Outdoor Fire Pit*
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be available.

*DECORATIVE POND*
A small decorative pond is located behind the chalet. It is intended for visual enjoyment only and is not suitable for swimming.

*SECURITY CAMERA*
For your safety, we have installed a security camera outside the cottage. It is located on the side of the building and records a small portion of the rear terrace and the decorative pond area.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
A limited quantity of firewood is provided based on the length of your stay. Additional wood can be purchased nearby if needed.

*SEMI-DETACHED PROPERTY*
Please note that the chalet shares one wall with the neighboring unit.
