The studio features two standard American single beds (96cm x 203cm), which can be used separately or joined to form a spacious king-size bed (192cm x 203cm). Ipa Studio Design was conceived to provide an experience of comfort, tranquility, and sophistication in one of the most privileged locations in Ipanema. As it is a high-standard residential condominium with extraordinary structure and organization, we highlight the rules below, which aim to guarantee the safety, well-being, and harmonious coexistence among all residents and guests. Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in warnings and fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest and the person responsible for the reservation. General Rules of Coexistence: Silence. The condominium strictly adheres to the Noise Law. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask that you avoid: parties and gatherings; loud music; loud conversations in common areas; any noise that may disturb residents. Registration Required. For security reasons, all guests must be registered with the condominium before check-in. The condominium has an access control and facial recognition system. Visitors: Unregistered visitors will not be able to freely access the condominium premises. Third-party access is subject to rules and prior authorization. Use of Common Areas: Swimming Pool: Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 9 am to 9 pm. Monday: Closed for maintenance. Important Rules Before using the pool: ✅ Use the shower. Not allowed: ❌ Loudspeakers; ❌ Music without headphones; ❌ Glass cups, bottles or containers; ❌ Ball games or similar; ❌ Holding parties or events; ❌ Use of tanning oil in the water. Children under 10 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. It is also not permitted to walk around wet or in swimwear outside the designated pool area. Sauna and Hydromassage Hours 8am to 8pm ✅ The sauna must be requested at reception approximately 30 minutes in advance for activation. Coworking and Workspaces: The building has coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and workstations. These spaces are exclusively for work, study, and meetings. Not permitted: ❌ parties; ❌ social gatherings; ❌ wearing swimwear. Gourmet Lounge: The Gourmet Lounge is not available for use by guests renting on a short-term basis. This space is exclusively for owners and residents authorized by the condominium, subject to prior reservation and signing of a liability waiver. We request that guests do not attempt to reserve or use this area. Pet Policy 🚫 Pets are not allowed in this unit. Even though the condominium has rules for residents' pets, the apartment follows its own pet-free rental policy.The entry of dogs, cats, or any other unauthorized animals may result in the cancellation of the stay and additional charges for specialized cleaning, when necessary. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the condominium. This includes: swimming pool; gym; sauna; coworking space; corridors; halls; lounges; terraces and other common areas. Security For your safety: ✅ always keep your unit door closed and locked; ✅ immediately report any abnormal situation. The security guard does not: ❌ keep keys; ❌ keep valuables; ❌ keep vehicles. Waste and Conservation ✅ Use only the appropriate places for waste disposal. ✅ Keep corridors and common areas clear. ❌ Do not leave trash, boxes, bags, or objects in circulation areas.
