Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Dog Policy:

This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Stay comfortable year-round with a newly upgraded split air cooling system that allows for efficient, quiet temperature control. Combined with recently added insulation, the space stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter for a consistently comfortable stay.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please put all trash in the trash can inside your casita. If you are staying for more than a couple of nights or need to dispose of larger items, please place securely bagged trash in the trash enclosure/dumpster at the back of the property. Do not leave trash outside overnight due to active wildlife in the area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
