With a 10'x10' Baja shelf for lounging , a 30' long play space for water basketball, and a 50' lap lane, you'll have plenty of fun before and after your trip to the beach. An electric safety cover completes the package. A brand new 2024 Ford Maverick is available via Turo to make your stay even easier. Seats 5 adults comfortably, has latches for 2 child car seats and carries loads of stuff to the beach. It comes equipped with a collapsable wagon for moving gear from the parking lot to the beach.
Beautiful, spacious (3300sf) and bright Sconset home with 4 large en-suite bedrooms in a pretty setting with wonderful sunsets. Very convenient walk or bike ride to central Sconset for fine dining and Sconset Market provisions.....like fresh breads, a world selection of cheeses, morning coffee, pastries and beloved evening ice cream cones. Don't forget the children's playground near the Sconset beach access.
The house is a short(400yd) walk to the beach with a private access way. A king bedroom and a double twin bedroom are on the second floor. Each has a decorative fireplace and both open to a large western view deck for quiet afternoon reading. The king bedroom has a private office space (also excellent as a nursery or for placing the premium roll-away twin bed). Both rooms have large walk-in closets. Each suite has a very large bathroom with walk in glass showers and separate tubs (king with jacuzzi). There are two main floor suites, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds with a premium full size roll-away twin available for a third person. Each main level suite has a very large closet, private baths and beautiful windows filling the rooms with light. Each room has a work space making work-from-Nantucket quiet, comfortable and efficient. Superb high speed Comcast internet with EERO Wifi mesh network services the entire house. There is a chef's kitchen open to the dining area and a living room awash in light from walls of windows. The cozy library is just off the living room and provides a nice place for reading, watching TV on a rainy day or playing a big group board game. Enjoy a game of Chess, Backgammon or even Bridge overlooking the back yard at the game table just outside the library. Our home easily accommodates multiple age groups! The main floor bedrooms are suitable for older or less mobile members of the family who would like to avoid stairs but still be a part of the festive summer family escape. The home is NOT wheelchair accessible but necessary stairs are limited to 3 low rise steps entering and exiting the house. The expansive deck (could be the largest deck in Sconset!) will keep you dining and playing outside every day.
