Great spot for our needs

We were looking for a 3-bedroom home that was close to specific things in the area and this home was perfect. Clean, spacious, private, well-equipped, and very accommodating host. We would stay here again.

Nice home great layout.

Clean home… Nice layout for families. Two bedrooms on one side of the home and the master opposite. Large common area. Comfortable beds excellent linens, comfortable furniture. Location is close to restaurants, etc. little tricky to find at first, but once you get used to it, you’re good.

Lovely house- will stay again!

This is such a lovely house. It is just like the pictures show and is incredibly clean! We had a great time and will definitely be staying again! The host is so nice and very easy to communicate with if you have any questions. The check out process is so easy as well, plus they left clear instructions in the kitchen which was so helpful. I’m sure all of her houses are equally as nice to stay at as well! The coffee they left for us was a nice touch as well.

Another Excellent Stay

This was our third stay at this property. Once again our family was very pleased with this well-appointed, clean, and spacious home. Communication with the host is always clear and efficient. Highly recommend!

Greer home

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting our relatives. It has easy access to GSP and Downtown Greenville. The home is a great place to rest and get ready for family fun.

Great place

There was a group of us meeting in Greer for a birthday celebration. Everything from communication, check in, cleanliness, location and check out were all perfect for us. Thanks, Deborah for such a great place. We'll always check here when returning to Greer.

Great House Great Host

Super host and house. Booked shortly after Hurricane Helene and the host kept us up to speed every day on the power & internet outages. House was great.

Another Great Stay!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, all the comforts of a home away from home! Deborah is an outstanding host & always making sure you have everything you need! It's our "go to" place when visiting our family in nearby Woodruff.

Wonderful experience

Rented for my family from Iowa visiting for Thanksgiving because our home was overflowing with more family. The whole process was more than we could have hoped for. We would recommend this to anyone. We will choose this again!

Great place to stay!

Work related long term rental

Our technicians needed a long term rental for telecommunications work in the area. Deborah was so accommodating and provided the best place to stay for our team. The location was quiet and neighbors were super friendly. Our technicians also liked the security of the ring cameras. We hope to return soon. Thank you, Deborah for being a great host!

Perfect

This property is lovely. The location was perfect for us — close to our daily plans plus tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and very well stocked. Great for anyone, but I highly recommend for families.

Girls Getaway

Cozy & Comfortable

Our stay at ritzy 3 was cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home! Deborah was easy to get ahold of, keeping open communication with us at anytime. The home was in great condition and close to everything we needed! Definitely would recommend this home to anyone!

I’m a southern girl, North Carolina born and South Carolina raised . Married a guy from Michigan and taught him to love grits, black-eyed peas, and cornbread. And collard greens on New Year’s Day! He’s more into the mountains and I love the beach. In South Carolina you’re convenient to both. We’re turning over our garden center after 20+ years to the second generation and building a new career by hosting. Be sure to check out all of our properties!
