You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Car: Approximately 1 hour south of Perth via Kwinana Freeway and Forrest Highway. There is easy access to Old Coast Road and Pinjarra Road connecting guests to Mandurah CBD, beaches, shopping, and nearby attractions.

Train: The nearest major station is Mandurah Station, with regular Transperth services to and from Perth.

Bus: Local Transperth bus routes service the Halls Head area and connect guests to Mandurah Station and surrounding suburbs. Routes including 591, 592, and 594 operate nearby.

Rideshare & Taxi: Uber and local taxi services are available throughout Mandurah and Halls Head.

Walking & Cycling: The area is ideal for waterfront walks and bike rides, with scenic canal paths, beaches, cafés, and parks nearby.

As a canal-front home, you may occasionally notice insects or other elements of nature during your stay, which is part of the waterfront setting. Keep an eye out for visiting dolphins, swans, pelicans and other local wildlife that make the canals so special.

This is a strictly no-pet property. Pets are not permitted on the premises at any time.

We are happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests for a fee, subject to availability.
For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before arrival.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you started. Additional items can be purchased locally if needed.

Outdoor kitchen is not part of the rental but guest can use the gas Weber bbq under the patio area.

A quick ID verification and security hold are required before arrival. The hold is released after departure once the property has been checked.
Guests remain responsible for any damage or additional costs. Different security holds may apply to extended or specialised stays.

We strongly recommend travel insurance as this property operates under a firm cancellation policy.
