Fantastic unit in perfection location - quiet street and very safe neighbourhood, a short 10 min walk to the train station, restaurants, fast food, cafes, bakery, IGA, bottle shops, parks, etc. A short trip to the CBD. Bus stops right outside.

Reliable wi-fi. Fantastic heater/air-con. Comfy couch. Kitchen amenities provided. Electric stovetop. Washer/dryer. Car park under car shed. Gym equipment for you to stay fit (as pictured, also included is barbell which is tucked away under the bed). Toilet has fan & heater lights and is a totally separate room to the bedroom for extra privacy.

No paper thin walls where you hear everything your neighbours are doing. Sturdy, thick walls instead.

This unit is amongst a small apartment complex, only two levels, it's up on the upper level with just a tiny flight of stairs to get up to. All the neighbours are kind people who keep to themselves, I have never had any issues here in all the years we've owned it. It was renovated entirely a few years back and has all the modern amenities you need.

There is a little fake fire heater which adds to a great ambience at night. Plenty of things around for you to walk to day and night, and just a really lovely, safe neighbourhood to be in. Dim lamps for use. Lovely tree/sky views from the windows.

The bed is a king single, though has easily slept two people, and we can provide a brand new air mattress too if you require it. There may be a possibility that by the time you move in, the bed is swapped to a double bed, but this is something we will confirm with you.

I know this is a brand new listing and there's always a bit of apprehension around that (I am the same), but please rest assured that I'm just here to offer a very loved and well-taken care of home for a short amount of time whilst I am away travelling, and will always try my best to accommodate you and make it as cosy as possible. I'm not here to be greedy and wrong you in any way and I hope to find people who are the same! I want to provide a decent and affordable home to you.

BASIC RULES & REQUESTS:

- Sorry guys but no pets in the home

- No smoking anywhere inside the property. If smoking occurs, guests will be responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning and odour removal. This is something we are strongly enforcing. You can simply open the front door and stand on the balcony outside to smoke! Easy.

- Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless you write to us about additional guests and we approve it

- Please be respectful of our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

- If an unauthorised party takes place, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately, without a refund. Guests will also be responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other reasonable costs resulting from the breach, including compensation for complaints, damage, or any fines lawfully imposed by local authorities or the building management.

- You must advise of any accidental damage immediately

- Any missing items, theft, or intentional damage will be reported to stayz.com and, where appropriate, to police. Guests will be held responsible for the reasonable cost of replacing missing or damaged items. Accidental damage and compensation will be discussed cordially and we may request full or partial compensation.
