Only 20 minutes from the airport, the villa is located in a quiet area on the heights of Rivière Salée, 12 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Martinique.

Sunbeds are at your disposal at the swimming pool, salt treatment of 9 x 4 m totally private with an exotic wood deck of 80 m2.

You can enjoy a ventilated and friendly courtyard of 50 m2 to take your meals and a very comfortable outdoor lounge to share an aperitif with friends with a direct view of the garden and the swimming pool.

Access to the villa is either from the top (bedrooms) or from the lower side of the garden and terrace.

The 120 m2 villa has been fully equipped since August 2021.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite of 16 m2 with private bathroom and toilet, equipped with hotel-quality bedding.
A second bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower for the other 2 bedrooms.

On the first floor
- A toilet
- A fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer with fresh water dispenser, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric oven, a 4-burner hob (2 gas / 2 inductions)
- A washing machine in the back kitchen.


- A living room with 2 sofas, very spacious and ventilated with flat screen TV, DVD player. Internet access is free (4G wifi).

- Breakfast the day after your arrival.

- Bed linen and beach towels provided (fouta XL with a terry side)

- Deposit 1000 euros
- Cleaning fee €150 at the end of your stay.
