Gîte for 4 people, about 60 m², 1 bedroom with 140 bed and a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 (all bedding is new), beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, excluding beach towels (the linen provided includes 1 complete bed linen for each bed, a dish towel and a hand towel, a bath towel per person per stay), toilet with Italian shower, separate toilet, a living room with equipped kitchen area (with fridge and freezer compartment, stove with induction hob and electric oven, microwave oven, Carte Noire coffee maker - Nespresso compatible capsules not included, kettle) and lounge area with TV, free wifi access.
Independent entrance and terrace with garden furniture, parking in the courtyard in front of your cottage.
