Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house that accommodates up to 8 guests with just a 2-minute walk to the pristine shoreline! Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this elevated retreat offers stunning ocean views and modern comforts.
**Key Features:**
- **Location:** Enjoy the convenience of being a short walk away from the beach. Our property also provides vehicle access to the beach for easy transportation of beach gear. It also is very near the peninsula’s shops and restaurants.
- **Outdoor Space:** Relax on the spacious wrap-around deck with comfortable seating and a dining area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the coastal breeze.
- **Living Area:** The open-concept living room is tastefully furnished with cozy seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and a DVD player and collection creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. There are board games for family fun and books for relaxing reading.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, a dining table, and an island with a bar and bar stools, making meal preparation a breeze.
- **Bedrooms:** Two comfortable bedrooms, each with plush bedding and ample storage space. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom boasts 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s and DVD players.
- **Bathrooms:** Two full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
