Location is everything! Clean and quaint condo in beautiful Park Shore Resort.

Looking for a beautiful tropical resort? Look no further. Our newly renovated condo offers 2 bedrooms (1 King, 2 twins, and a pull out bed) and 2 full bathrooms. This first floor unit is located at the entrance of the pool and amenities bridge. One of the hottest restaurants in Naples, Hogfish Harrys, is in the resort. Our condo is a few short steps from the lobby and fitness center. Handicap parking is conveniently located directly in front of our condo.
Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 14 acres of waterways and botanical gardens. The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, coffee bar and access to free games. The resort features 6 new pickleball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, heated pool, beach volleyball court, corn hole set and 6 BBQ gas grills with outdoor seating on the property.
Park Shore Resort is conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.
Our unit offers all new appliances, washer and dryer, beach chairs/umbrella and beach cooler.
Park Shore Resort is the ideal destination for families or anyone seeking relaxation and comfort with amenities/entertainment for all ages.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay very much , Kristin and Mike answered all of our question. The Appartement was very clean and well Equipt .The pool is great. Only 1 minus is that you have to drive to the beach

Location is everything

The property was very clean, well, equipped, and the location is absolutely perfect! The host were very responsive to any needs that we had. We will definitely go back again. Happy birthday.

Great location - but under construction

Great location will be lovely quiet place once the construction is over. Owner tried to Make it right but overall stay was still not the best due to jack hammering going on above our unit from 8am to 4:30pm. The condition of the facility was not disclosed on the site. The Hot tub has been out of commission for 3 years and construction has been going on since last year we were told by site manager once we arrived. The extensive construction, hot tub not working, no access to our patio/lanai or general disarray of the facility was not disclosed ahead of booking. The owner did reach out after I booked via Vrbo text and offered for us to back out because of the construction on his unit was going on. However, I did NOT see or get the notification until we got to the condo and I reached out to him about the construction. He did make good with a reduction in cost and a bottle of wine. Which both was much appreciated!!! If you plan not to spend anytime in the condo from 8am -4:30pm or if hot tub is not important, stay here. Otherwise, wait till construction is complete. It truly will be a nice place to stay!

Park Shore Resort Getaway

We had an excellent stay. Loved the tree right outside the lanai. The condo was clean and furnished nicely. The pool was super! Hogfish Harry's was an added bonus.

Great place to stay

The unit we stayed in was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is close to stores and restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. The pool was great and having a restaurant onsite was handy on the days we just didn’t feel like cooking. All in all a wonderful stay!

Naples family vacation

The pool is not as big as the picture makes it look. The hot tub wasn’t working . The basketball and volleyball court is unusable. The workout room did not have much . I feel like this is a place for people over 65 not families with teenagers. They aren’t allowed to throw the ball in the pool . The place we stayed in was clean and comfortable.

Best kept secret

Location was right where anyone would like to staying close to shopping , restaurants and beach . We enjoyed the pool area daily. Condo is everything it was advertised to be . Very quiet unit. Definitely will stay here again .

Great location, great amenities

Perfect place for our family of five. The location is within a 10 minute drive of most things. Very nice pool on the property. The kids enjoyed the tennis and pickle ball courts. The grilling area was also very nice.

Fishing trip

We were in the area to fish for tarpon out of Everglades City. We'd stayed there before, but found it lacking. Naples has many more restaurants and other services, so we pushed north. The condo was very comfortable, with good air conditioning, easy parking, a very nice pool area and a nice restaurant/bar on premises. The only small shortcoming concerned # of beds listed; the listing said 4, but didn't make clear that one was a sofa bed in the main room. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation!

This condo did not disappoint! We rented for a month. It was very clean and it’s cozy at night. We had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. We enjoyed having cocktails in the lanai overlooking the beautiful trees and flowering shrubs. We had some family visit and they had a great time too. Especially swimming in the beautiful pool. The people were so nice too! Thank you Mike and Kristin

One of our best stays

Best location, clean, extras like new Keurig coffee maker, great washer and dryer, nice wine glasses and more. The Lanai allowed me to work when I needed to but still feel and see the tropical landscape around me. We were able to check in early and met one of the owners who left us fresh produce and cheese. Then when we checked out, we met the other owners. Such a nice family. I would rent from them over and over. We were staying there due to Ian destroying my family’s home. We really felt cared for by this Vrbo family. Thank you!!

Crazy Expensive in Naples Fla

Naples is a beautiful place but is a very expensive place. Eating out is outrageous at most restaurants. There are very few fast food places to turn to. Thie property is very comfortable and the people are very nice. The beach wasn’t open because of the Hurricanes so there wasn’t much else to do.

Clean, perfect for extended stays, great location. The kitchen was equipped well. I would put a few more hooks up for towels and suits. A home away from home.

The photos are very accurate. The unit was well stocked - and the location in proximity to the pool and office is perfect. We loved have the walk out first floor unit. Very close to our favorite beaches, the grounds and pool were immaculate. Thank you for great stay!
