IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the home. It does not have a bedroom door, but it is located down a private hallway and is the only room on that level. It also has its own small ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

This is a multi level home and guests should be comfortable using stairs regularly throughout their stay.

The home includes an attached private garage. The largest vehicle that can comfortably fit is approximately the size of a Range Rover Sport. Larger SUVs and pickup trucks may not fit.
Guests with SUVs should be comfortable backing into the garage. The home is located on a laneway, and backing into the garage makes parking and exiting considerably easier.

Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. This home is located in a residential neighbourhood. Guests are expected to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening.

There is a hot tub in the backyard, but it is not operational and is not available for guest use. The backyard is also not accessible to guests.

Netflix is available on the television. The home does not have traditional cable television.
ROOFTOP TERRACE

No smoking or vaping inside the house or on the rooptop.

Due to Toronto winter weather, the rooftop terrace is fully available seasonally through November.
During the winter months, guests may still access the rooftop to enjoy the CN Tower and city views, but the outdoor furniture will be winterized and covered because of snow and freezing conditions.
