Cozy Spot in Great Location!

This little apartment was PERFECT! Nice a spacious, great kitchenette and keurig and even a reusable k-cup. The AC did not keep the unit very cold, so a fan would have been welcome, but it wasn't bad. We would look no further than this place for future visits!

Birthday week!

Came to spend a week with our daughter who lives in St John to celebrate her birthday. This property was perfect for me and my wife. Very clean and modern with central air!!! Guest Services was prompt in answering all questions and helping when needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We really liked this place! The location was great; above a supermarket and a quick .5 mile walk to Cruz Bay. *For the market shopping we do not recommend the one directly below the rental, rather we used Dolphin market which is between this listing and the ferry. The prices at Dolphin are much better and it's only a few blocks away. *We were there in off season, so most of the shops in the plaza below were closed. We knew that was likely so it didn't bother us but if you go late Aug/early Sept plan for that. *We stayed in #10 which was very clean and open, but does not have any external windows/no natural light. We read about it in a review before we got there, so we were prepared, but it is not mentioned in the listing, so take note. We only found out a couple weeks before by reading another review so we rolled with it. *Check in was super easy and I love the key system so you don't have to bring your key. It's safely in a locked box when you leave so you never have to worry about losing it.*Everything was in good supply, clean towels, clean bedding. Just a note is they only supplied 2 rolls of TP for 8 nights for 2 people, so 1 roll per person over 8 days. We bought more while we were out. A small 4 pack at Dolphin was about 4. Overall I'd stay again, the value was very good and I felt it was super clean. The area also felt safe. We had a great time!

A bit surprised

Many positive attributes in terms of access, cleanliness and general location. Sizeable rooms. Anyone expecting to self-cater will be surprised that there is nearly no work area and no table that accommodates two people seated to eat a meal. There are sufficient dishes and pots, but no dishwasher or drain 'board'. We were surprised there were no windows that provided any view whatsoever outside the building - a frosted window into the hallway was kind of funny, frankly. The A/C system is a poor choice for a rental unit...too complicated with no real instructions but an attempt to help with 'only use up and down'...and that did not work for us really. Walk to the center of Cruz Bay was okay for those, like us, used to the jumble of Caribbean cities; but kind of ugly for beginners Our net review is 'okay...but'. But when the service fees are added to the fees/night, it is kind of high priced.

Good stay for island

It was an anniversary trip. We normally get a car but this year we had difficulty because St. John requires you to have your own car insurance and We didn’t. So this property is certainly walkable to town and we would get a cab to the beaches. But keep in mind you will be paying about 20 a day to and from beaches. It’s definitely worth having a car on this property. There is a grocery store downstairs and there is an amazing coffee shop Giovani I believe is the name. The croissants and coffee are great. The apartment has a very noisy ac unit and it was always cold no matter if you moved the thermostat as directed on the paperwork. I couldn’t get the TV to connect to internet but was able to watch some basic channels to check weather and news. Regardless I would still recommend the apartment. It was new and clean and worked very nicely for us. It has pots and pans and dishes and cups and utensils. I did not see any spices (sometimes guests leave them behind). We didn’t bother cooking but you are able to. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent

Nice accommodations, close to dining and shopping. Location of supermarket and pharmacy an amazing plus. Would stay there again no question.

Home Base at the Market

Relatively new spaces that were very convenient. Large comfortable suite with all you need. Except coffee - came with a Kuerig, but you couldn't find a K-cup on the island. Only virtual contact with management. we had issues with the TV, but got it worked out. All-in-all, we'd stay here again!
