This beachfront condo is right next to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. These condos are the closest walk to the Navarre beach restaurants, parks & boat ramp you can get! There are 3 pools and hottubs to choose from, as well as the only building with a store. The store has smoothies, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, beach/pool toys as well as basic grocery items. Let us know how we can make your vacation better!

Spring break

We had a relaxing week and lots of family time with our kids. We have stayed at other units in this condo before but this was the nicest one of all our stays! It’s was spacious, clean and nicely designed. The beach chairs were a great surprise! I had the best time reading by the water. We had no issues with our stay and would stay again!

Perfect Trip

Loved this location. The condo was beautifully clean and exactly as it was advertised. We had a family of 6 and were very comfortable. The beach view is incredible!

we had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach. Our VRBO was spectacular. They had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrella to all kitchen utensils. They master shower is amazing and the views from the balcony as well. It is very spacious and we would definitely return.

Unbeatable location; convenient to everything. Sits right on the beach and provides great views of both the beach and the pier. Walking distance to restaurants, sea turtle conservation center and convenience store. The condo is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Great time for friends and family. Great host!

Great Condo!

We loved our week long stay in this condo, the unit was clean and loved that every bed has white sheets! Location was great and the view for the 4th fireworks was amazing from the balcony since they were shot from the end of the pier. This is a great location and building to stay in if you have a family.

Simply THE best!

This rental was absolutely perfect!!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, optimal location and incredible views! This property was one of the best rentals we have had in over 20 years of vacation rentals in the Florida panhandle. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

Great place to stay

Very clean, well equipped with everything. Extra towels, makeup remover, soap. The kitchen had everything and more like dishwasher soap and liquid soap even some seasonings including salt and pepper. That was very helpful. The balcony had a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Fantastic!

A comfortable, quiet condo with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. Brandon, the owner, was very polite and responsive. This place is spotless! All of the beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are well-appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again.

Great Navarre Vacation Rental!

My family of four loved this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Very clean, great beach decor, very comfortable beds, 3rd floor unit has great view of beach and pier. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night listening to the waves. Lots of little details make this condo a great choice for any family!

Super clean with Great View.

We stayed here over spring break and had the best experience! We will be back. Property is very well maintained and very well stocked, it had literally everything! We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The view is also spectacular. The beach service was a huge plus. The communication was great as well. Hope to be back real soon!

My favorite place I've stayed on vacation. Everything was as pictured. Spacious, clean and bright. The view was great!! All amenities were thought of, we had everything on hand we needed. Great communication with property manager quick and efficient. Honestly couldn't be happier and would definitely like to come stay here again.

May vacation

The condo was very nicely decorated and newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable we had everything we needed! The only downside for the week we were there it was windy all week double red flags we couldn’t swim sadly which defeats the purpose of going to the beach but we made the best of our stay!

Wonderful family mini vacation

We travel a lot , especially to Florida and Navarre . Normally 6 times a year. This condo , was perfect! Everything was a 5 star ! We too are in the hospitality and have resort and hotel we were very impressed. By far the only condo to stay in while in Navarre . Great job guys ❤️ they have thought of everything, and housekeeping is spot on . Thank you again for a wonderful stay

Amazing Condo

This was our third year staying at Summerwind West, but our first year in this certain condo. The condo was clean and ready a little earlier than the 4pm check in, which was nice. The upgrades made in this condo are also very nice! The master bath shower, amazingggg. Brandon was also great at communicating back and fourth. I'd say the only real complaints were that there were not a lot of bath towels and there are lots of knick·knacks that we were moving around to protect from our 2-year-old. Other than that, we loved it and hope to be back again next summer!

AMAZING VIEW

View was amazing.lot of space in this condo .perfect condo for my family .Good Manger..on top of everthing we needed ..even information where to get some good crab legs..the fireworks were awesome from our condo balcony from the Pier..also saw dauphin from balcony .was the best vacation..make sure you book enough days like we did or even more .you will not regret it ..I promise..listening to the waves will put you in heaven.very nice bunch of people working there..make sure you go down and see the girls at the gift shop on the first floor..good people..good smoothies and do a little shopping .Everything was so convenient..it was the best ..A big Thank you to Brandon our host and wife. New friends made all over the beach Loved it..clen condo and everything we need for my son in law to do some good cooking in the kitchen ..we just needed food and he loves to cook grocery store not far away..a lil bit of heaven on the beach with my family ..perfect place to stay and relax

We absolutely fell in love with Navarre Beach! We have the beauty of the same beaches as Destin area plus the sound! The sound adds a whole other element of things to do, the sound is where you paddleboard, boat, kayak etc. It is like a big long lake! This Condo is located within walking distance of all the island attractions. Come see why Navarre Beach is Florida's best kept secret!
