Our studio apartment, The Salty Loft, is an inviting an open space that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Wood floors and cozy furniture give the space a cohesive coastal vibe, perfect for a couple or small family. The space has a kitchenette, with both a mini fridge, and an apartment size refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate and air fryer/toaster oven , all you need for your beach getaway. High speed internet and Roku on a flat screen tv can be viewed from the queen bed or sofa for the moments of relaxing between beaching it. Walking distance to all restaurants, public beaches, and bay it is in the perfect central location. You can see the public beach lighthouse from the porch! The Salty Loft is located above Saltwater Wellness Yoga. Spin. Gym drop into a local yoga class and find your zen! Private parking and private back entrance just for you. The condo was great! Close to everything- beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is spacious and clean. Easily access anything by walking or short drive. We had a great vacation there!

Very Nice Little Place

We enjoyed our stay. The room was open and spacious and included everything we needed. Loved that it was in walking distance to everything.

LOTS OF ROOM

The unit was very large and accommodated our family of 6 very nicely. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We all had a wonderful time.

Perfect space!

We only had a 2 night stay but it was the perfect size space to stretch out a bit. We were on the island for a wedding and enjoyed coming back in the evenings here instead of a hotel room. Clean and cute. Would stay here again!!

Bday weekend

Location was great! The shower was pretty tiny -I am a tall gal- and I understood it to be a “Brand New” loft, but it was pretty dated. Overall, it was was fine for the weekend.

Salty Loft

We had a great stay at the Salty Loft! We needed a small place that allowed dogs and this spot fit the bill for us. If was the perfect amount of space. We would stay here again!

Hot weather/Cold abode

We chose to come to St. George on the week of the 4th to be with family. The weather was dry and hot as expected and think goodness the loft was cooled very well. We enjoyed the central location, especially close to the ice cream shops.

Great place in a great location to everything on the island. I do have a few complaints. Coffee maker was filthy upon our arrival, had to thoroughly clean it prior to use. Water pressure in shower could be better, but gets the job done. One night, when we returned after dinner, there was a roach on the floor. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and do recommend to anyone thinking of staying.

Met our needs

This studio loft had everything for a weekend get away. We were out and about all day. (Could’ve used more lighting at night for games, cards, etc.) We walked to restaurants, grocery and beach. Really enjoyed cycling into the state park.

Nice place

We enjoyed the convenience, it was quiet. Great sunrise visible. It needs some more lighting in the far side of the apartment. It is all one room with separate bathroom. The main problem we had is that we could not lock it at all. We did not worry too much as it's a safe area.

This is a spacious loft, above a yoga studio. Pretty quiet area, and it had lots of kitchen amenities. There were plenty of dishes, cooking pans, etc. we only stayed for two nights, so we didn’t cook there, but, we did go to the grocery in Apalachicola for a few things for breakfast, including coffee. We brought our small dog, and she enjoyed the nearby walkway along the beach, and by the lighthouse. The unit was very clean, and anyone could easily spend a few weeks there.

Wonderful stay

Prime location close to everything. We could walk to the beach, get groceries, shop the local souvenir stores, and get ice cream/coffee all less than a few minutes away. The apartment had a cottage feel and was very open and more spacious than we anticipated. Was a very nice surprise! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The place lacked nothing except that there was no washer/dryer, so keep that in mind. However there is a laundromat not far away if you plan on staying longer and that is needed. Beds were very comfy and wifi/tv kept us all occupied when we had a rainy day. In all a wonderful experience and we would not hesitate to come back again!
