Loved our stay at Desert Springs Villas!

We will stay here again. Desert Springs is so centrally located and the views are outstanding. It was a really busy time at the resort, great to see people out and about, but it was quiet at night. Are one bedroom was the perfect size for my husband and I, plenty of space and great to have the kitchen and bbq onsite. We’ll be back for sure.

The room and property were beautiful and exceptionally clean and upkept. The issue I had was at check-in. The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for. I did not have time to remedy this since they did not allow me access to my room until close to 6pm and by then I had meetings I was rushing to. I was contacted by the hotel to let me know they had mixed up my room later that evening via voicemail. When I finished with work and returned to the room around 11 pm, the staff at the front did not know what I was talking about. After about 10 minutes, the representative came out of the back room and instead of apologizing or explaining they were fixing their mistake, simply asked me if I was happy in the room I was in. I was confused by this and asked, "excuse me?" and again simply asked if I was happy with the room I already have. I asked if they did not have my room any longer. Then I was given the explanation that they did have a room set aside for me, but if I was happy with the room I had, I could just stay there instead. The fact that they tried to push me into a smaller accommodation and yet charge me for the larger one, has not left me with a pleasant experience from Marriott Desert Springs. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, but due to the service, I will not be returning.

Power trip festival

I was sent a timely text with instructions. I also appreciated the immediate response I got from the property with a toilet issue. It was fixed within 15 minutes. Very happy with both the facility and owner communication etc.

Perfect location and perfect property!

The location and the property were gorgeous!! The staff was very kind and helpful! They were able to get us into a perfectly cleaned unit 3 hours early and accommodated our every need! We went for a festival and the location had shuttles to and from the festival transportation (also on sight!) so that was AMAZING! The only down side was the the pool was pretty murky! But due to it being the third festival weekend in a row and VERY VERY over crowded, I'd chalk that one up to gallons of sun screen in the water. The food and drinks at the pool surprised me too! It was absolutely delicious and good portion sizes! Overall the entire stay was AMAZING! WAY above our expectations! We will definitely be booking here again!

Very Nice

Condo is wonderful but didn't look like the image on the site. We wanted a first floor, but we had to switch or wait even longer to check in. Check in was not great. We arrived way before check in time, but we didn't get in until after check in time so we wasted a couple of hours waiting around. The complex is lovely. Daily exercise class as great. Responsive customer service. One weird thing. They cleaned friday while we were gone for the day, but we didn't check out till Saturday.
