As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly blends modern elegance with a cozy beach vibe. The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The dining area comfortably seats everyone, making it ideal for family gatherings or entertaining friends.

The master bedroom, "Seashore," boasts a luxurious king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the waves crash. The other three bedrooms, "Cove," "Clamshell," and "Cape," each feature comfortable full-size beds and are equally well-appointed with their own private bathrooms. Linens and beach towels are provided for your convenience.

One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor living area. The deck and patio feature a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining, and panoramic doors that open to reveal the serene ocean view. Relax in the private spa or unwind by the fire pit, making this home a true sanctuary.

The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units.
