Brant Point New Construction Available June 28th On a quiet street that is a short walk to town, this home offers all that you are looking for in Nantucket.
You'll find five en-suite bedrooms with one on the first floor. The baths are all tiled with walk inshowers and one tub/shower. There is a wonderful outdoor shower and plenty of parking. The large kitchen has an island, chef's stove and high end appliances. The family room with a fireplace opens to the side porch. There is a private den that overlooks land trust to the water beyond, that is perfect for working from home. There is also a bar/game/play room that looks over land trust and the patio below. My husband grew up summering on Nantucket and I started going while in college. It's a special place in our hearts. Our children have been going all their lives and feel the same way we do about the island - there's no place like it. We love the beaches and the charm of the town. "There's something in the water that keeps us coming year after year."

Our street is family oriented and a short walk to town and the local beaches - all that you could want.
Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt
Being able to walk to town and to send your kids to the Juice Bar for ice cream is key. We love that we don't have to worry about parking. We can walk in or pop in on our bikes. And to get to Cisco, we shoot over to Westchester and out to the beach in no time avoiding the town traffic. Our walking route take us along Hulburt and up to Lincoln Circle and down Cliff. It's all good.
