This is the fifth project from my partner and me. This time, we restored a colonial mansion and transformed it into 7 luxury apartments with respect for the authentic elements and the soul of the place.
The little details and our team’s excellent service will make your stay an unforgettable experience. We provide European style service with Ecuadorian quality. A place to live this hospitality against a backdrop of a fine mix of vintage, Ecuadorian architecture, contemporary interior design, antiques and fine furnishings.
It was a long and difficult journey to restore this historic building being in a disastrous state. The recovery of the building is its greatest achievement, by succeeding in combining the preservation of the historical soul and elements with the latest technical features and needs of the modern traveller. The security equipment now comes in extra handy with the Covid-19 health crisis.
