Bioclimatic Vacation Home in the Jura

Cathy's bioclimatic vacation rental is an eco-friendly home built in 2021 that can accommodate 6 people. Facing due south, with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the natural surroundings, the house incorporates passive house technology: dual-flow ventilation (fresh, filtered air and heat recovery), a ground-source heat pump (recovering heat from the ground to heat in winter or cool in summer), rainwater harvesting to flush the toilets, and solar thermal panels.
The house, which gets plenty of sunlight, features large wooden decks, a lovely garden filled with flowers and trees, and a vegetable garden (where you’re welcome to help yourself) with a splendid view of the valley.
On the first floor, there is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening directly onto a terrace, as well as an utility room.
Upstairs, there is an entryway, followed by three bedrooms (one of which is open-concept and can also serve as a TV lounge), a toilet, and a bathroom. You have direct access to a wooden deck (built on the flat roof) surrounded by a flower-filled garden.
In this house, I also have my sophrology/therapy practice in a separate area (which I sometimes rent out as a studio). I can also rent out the entire house for up to 8 people (please send me a message if you’re interested).
The cottage must be left clean; if you wish, you can choose the cleaning package, which will cost an additional 80€. A security deposit check for 500€ is required upon arrival.
Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional fee.
