Fantastic location

The apartment is nice - not new, but everything is working well. But the balcony is absolutely the best thing - we did stay there all the time. Also the location is great - very quiet, great pool with sun beds, close to restaurants and small shops and lovely beach.

Fantastic location Fabulous views So near all amenities Large balcony Good facilities in the apartment Overall I think that the apartment is great but could do with a general tidying. Also it could do with a new tap on the sink in the small bathroom, it was very hard to turn on and off, the taps and shower needs replacing and the light didn’t work over the sink.

Amazing location and views Apartment was great. Catered for all our needs when visiting family in Duquesa. Balcony views are as good as you will get, apartment spacious and very clean and tidy. Process of checking in and out very easy. Would certainly recommend

Another amazing stay!

Our second stay in this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the sea, the comfortable beds and the great location. It is well equipped and very clean. A great place to stay. Not a big issue, but be aware that the parking space allocated to the apartment is small. However, there is lots of parking available on the local roads.

Excellent position

Fantastic accommodation with views of the sea. Located in the port and next to the beach. Bath couldn’t be used as water was orange. Apart from this everything was perfect.

Been to this apartment 3 times now over the years fantastic location this is our third visit to this apartment over the years but the apartment is now in need of updating as the ensuite bathroom shower and sink taps need renewing ie some mould around the shower base and taps are very old now

Amazing location

This apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and across to the sea. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun (which is on the balcony until around 4pm), or sit under the blinds. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable beds and good showers. It’s ideally situated for the beach and local restaurants. We had a great time staying here and would definitely return. It’s very convenient to have a parking space, but it’s only suitable for a small car. We had a Fiat 500 and this only just fitted as there was a large car in the next space.

Prachtige locatie

Prachtige locatie aan zee met om de hoek de restaurantjes. Inmiddels voor de 3e keer hier geweest. Ook altijd leuk om naar Castillio te wandelen. San Luis de Sanabillas is ook prima te belopen. Het was voor ons met een middenklasse auto niet mogelijk de auto in de parkeergarage te parkeren. Gelukkig is er op straat achter het gebouw voldoende parkeergelegenheid in het voor= en naseizoen, de tijd wanneer wij er zijn.

Wat betreft het parkeren: bedankt voor uw opmerking. Het klopt dat het voor grote of middelgrote auto's wat krap kan zijn. Gelukkig is er, zoals u aangeeft, in het laagseizoen meestal voldoende parkeerruimte in de omgeving. In het hoogseizoen is het fijn om een gegarandeerde parkeerplaats te hebben, ook al moet er wat gemanoeuvreerd worden onze gasten hebben hier doorgaans geen problemen mee. très bel emplacement ... mais à mieux entretenir

Superbe placement et vue fabuleuse, très belle terrasse, appartement très confortable. La salle de bain principale commence à être défraichie. Les joints de la douche sont noirs, le robinet du lavabo fuit (après un court instant d'utilisation), l'ampoule électrique au plafond est morte, la tablette de support des flacons est cassée. Idem dans la seconde salle de bains pour les fuites du robinet ou de la douche. Le prix du nettoyage en fin de séjour (120 €) est très élevé, d'autant qu'il y avait un petit tas de confiture répandu sur la terrasse à notre arrivée. Et j'ai dû nettoyé les bannes du store qui étaient très sales. On reviendrait quand même dans cet appartement, mais on apprécierait que les sanitaires soient rénovés.

Emplacement parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre voyage dans ce logement très bien équipé et climatisé. Il est tres bien situé et la vue est fabuleuse !Le seul point à améliorer serait de bien nettoyer le mobilier de la terrasse avant de recevoir les nouveaux locataires, mais sinon pour l'intérieur c'était très propre. Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Fantastisch verblijf

Fantastisch verblijf met geweldig uitzicht in het centrum en aan het strand. De bijbehorende parkeerplaats is klein voor een middenklasse- tot grote auto.
