Charming house located in the picturesque village of Agel, next to the Château. Spacious, the house is equipped with a large modern kitchen, comfortable double beds, internet and smart TV. The bathrooms are modern and complete with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
You'll fall under the spell of the roof terrace with its magnificent east-facing view, perfect for watching the stars and sunrise. The bedroom adjoining the terrace is air-conditioned, as is the kitchen. All rooms are heated.
The village of Agel lies at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the midst of vineyards. You can visit the L'Oulibo olive grove in Bize-Minervois to discover the orchards and make oil. Close to forests, the Bois Communal de Pardaihan, the Canal du Midi, historic towns such as Minerve (20 minutes), Narbonne (30 minutes), and Carcassonne (45 minutes) you'll also find plenty of trails perfect for hiking and biking as well as a swimming pool on the banks of the Cesse at Bize-Minervois.
