Perfect stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything my family of five needed. Just bring your beach gear! The beach is only a 10–12 minute walk and Niagara Falls is less than a 30-minute drive. We really enjoyed our week in Crystal Beach and would definitely recommend this property!

Unfortunately, the townhouse was not an accurate reflection of the previous reviews, particularly regarding cleanliness.The chaise lounge was heavily stained, and the dining room chairs, which are upholstered in fabric, were also noticeably stained. In the kitchen, several dishes were sticky or still had food particles on them, and the floor was unclean. The upstairs bathroom sink was clogged with hair and would not drain properly. Additionally, the dryer lint trap was completely full of lint, creating what seemed to be a potential fire hazard.We also experienced significant noise from the neighboring unit. On Saturday night, the occupants partied until approximately 3:30 a.m., and we had to close all the windows in an attempt to reduce the noise.On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth and without issue. Communication with the host was prompt throughout our stay, and they did refund the cleaning fee in response to our concerns.Overall, while the host was responsive and accommodating, the cleanliness of the property and the excessive noise from neighboring guests negatively impacted our experience.

We are very saddened you did not enjoy the home and felt it was unclean. Our cleaning team is wonderful and takes pride in a job well done. While you may have found some wear in the furniture the house was clean. We apologize the sink drain was not noticed prior to arrival but our maintenance manager was there in a very timely manner to rectify this for you. This wear is being addressed to ensure it is acceptable. It is unfortunate that you experienced noise with the neighbors, the town does have a noise By-Law of 11pm that should have been adhered to by the neighbors however there has never been a complaint in the past.

Nice stay good location

Really nice rental. Great air conditioning. Really appreciated the extra bathrooms. A bit of a walk to the beach so we drove because it was so hot. Host replied quickly to any questions.

Relaxing and quite

Was an awesome weekend getaway. Stayed here so that we can be close to the falls and relax at the beach which eas just a short walk away. Everything was clean and the hostess was very responsive and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped place to stay

Very well-equipped and a great location for beaches, attractions, Niagara Falls. Helpful welcome binder with pages of information. Clean, comfortable place to stay! Would absolutely return if we are in the area again.

Quite adequate and very quiet location

Everything was laid out in the proposal and realized upon arrival. Property manager was quick to handle inquiries. Premises were very clean and wifi worked well.

Clean and new steps away from the beach and dining

What a great location! It's a couple of minutes away from some great dining and takeout options and only 5-10 minutes away from Bay Beach which is an amazing beach and hidden gem in Ontario. The home was new, clean and super comfortable. Would 100% stay again. Owner did not provide any shampoo, hand soap, body wash or extra toliet paper, so make sure to bring some with you.

Nice place, AC inop

Really nice condo, but our stay was not pleasant due to the AC having an issue. 28degrees Celsius inside most nights. Property manager brought us fans for last two days of visit, which made it somewhat bearable. We also recieved a small refund.

We do apologize for the A/C as it unexpectedly broke while you were there and this is a newer home. Our team did everything possible to have it repaired during your last two days of your stay but due to the heat waive after several calls to many contractors we were not able to get one out that quick. I can assure it was fixed after you departed, we tried our best to make it comfortable for you with fans and a partial rebate.

Great time at Crystal Beach

Great property, clean, welcoming and located a comfortable walking distance to the beach. We had a wide variety of ages in our group - from 71 to 8 yo, and everyone was comfortable and happy. close to restaurants and convenience stores, as well as shopping. A couple of notes: the backyard is smaller than it appears in the photos. We brought stuff for s'mores, but were too nervous to get a bonfire going due to close proximity to the other homes. The primary bedroom (or any other common space) could benefit from a full length mirror. Other than that, the place had everything you'd need to have an enjoyable vacation.

This property was as advertised and a pleasant place to stay. There were some minor problems such as chipped glass ware, coffee pot, and burned out light bulbs with threats of additional billing if rules not followed. These seemed in violation of VRBO regulations. Since we followed the rules there was no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little townhome in Fort Erie. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed visiting every afternoon. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls, which was very convenient for day trips.There are also great conveniences nearby, including a McDonald’s, pizza, ice cream shop, and a small local market just 3–4 minutes away by car, which made everything even easier for our stay.The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay here again!
