Newly renovated and expanded, this gorgeous Wilson Village home has everything you'll need for your next group getaway. With the recent addition of the exciting new guest house, this stunning property now comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, with plenty of room to spread out.

The main house is classically decorated in bright white and soft gray tones, bringing a clean and crisp unified charisma throughout the home. The living area features Lowcountry artwork, a charming gas fireplace, and Sonos sound system. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end Viking appliances, and a quaint butler's pantry that leads to gas grill in a private courtyard.

Downstairs you will find two well-appointed king bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs the kids will enjoy their own private oasis in the oversized bonus room, complete with two built-in double beds, each with pullout trundle beds, comfortably sleeping four. The upstairs also features a full private bath, plus plenty of games, and lounging bean bag chairs, perfect for your kids and teens to enjoy fantastic game and movie nights.

A few steps out the back door will bring you to the brand-new guest house, recently built to accommodate up to five guests comfortably. Here you'll find an additional 1500 sq. ft. to relax in, including a bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twins and a separate living area with a foldout sofa bed.

This home is perfectly positioned in the heart of Wilson Village, just a short stroll away from the breathtaking views of the May River. Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including Buffalos Restaurant, resort bike and golf cart rentals, the Canoe Club family-friendly swimming pool and fitness centers, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, a myriad of water excursion options, and more!

You will be a short 5-minute golf cart or bike ride from the world-class Montage Inn, Spa, and Octagon restaurant. On the way there, don't forget to stop by RT's Market to grab a snack, or the famous Treehouse Playground to let the little ones try the zipline. Make sure to end your days at the firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s'more and quality conversations with other members and guests

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.
***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows
- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.
