Le Pressoir de la Rousselière

Martine and Jean prepared this cottage in the old cellar of the property. By adding an equipped kitchen, we transformed this former guest room into a small autonomous apartment.
Through your independent entrance, you arrive in the living room, including the kitchen area (worktop, sink, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils, crockery and cutlery, dish towels provided). The screw of the press supports a table made from an old beam.
The 20 m² room has a 160 x 200 bed (made on your arrival), and a lounge area. The bathroom is en-suite (towels provided). Separate toilet.
A stone wall and exposed beams will remind you of the precedence of this place. The partitions are made of wood. Natural materials have been favoured.
Outside, you will enjoy the calm of the courtyard and the grove,
You will be ideally positioned for walks or cyclists (the Vendée Vélo circuit crosses La Rousselière).
La Rousselière is a locality, in the Vendée bocage, in the commune of Bazoges En Pareds, rich in 6000 years of history: La Ciste des Cous, the medieval Keep and its garden, which come back to life during night walks, Festoieries and medieval festivals.
We pay great attention to hygiene and cleanliness, with rigorous cleaning between each occupant, with washing and disinfection of the sleeping covers. This is also why we do not want pets in the room.

10 minutes away: the lake and the beach of Rochereau, the forest, the lake and the Zoo of Mervent; Vouvant, classified as "the most beautiful village in France": the Mélusine tower, the Méandes de la Mère, the painters' galleries; Mouilleron en Pareds, the Museums of Clémenceau and De Lattre de Tassigny, the hill of the mills.
