Boasting tranquil surroundings with convenience to all the action on Duval St. these accommodations are sure to impress on your unique island journey. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Marvel over the rich, historic charm blended with coastal inspired decor among the enchanting mansion. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the colorful views all around. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located up on the 2nd floor balcony, this spacious king suite comes equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Open a set of French doors from your room to a bright, breezy sundeck with plenty of loungers for soaking up the blissful island weather. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room so you can enjoy the serene surroundings before getting ready for the day!

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Take advantage of the prime location by strolling into town at your convenience after you've had plenty of time to unwind by the shimmering, shared pool.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Wonderful First Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for four nights during our first trip to Key West. We found the hotel very charming and relaxing. It was located centrally on the island and in excellent proximity to main attractions and dining (if you can walk 0.5-3 miles, you may not need your vehicle during your stay). I would like to give a heads up that if you stay here, you should understand that you cannot compare historic buildings with modern ones and if you are used to dwelling in a historic building, you come to anticipate what may be viewed by some as slight negatives (i.e. water temperature fluctuations, lack of sound proofing, the noise of floorboards moving, smaller bathrooms, etc.). I only bring this up because some of the reviews allowed these elements to negatively impact their stay and I just don't feel that it is fair to expect modern construction benefits. That being said, the common areas and our room were beautifully and functionally designed. The decor was mix of French colonial and coastal in my opinion which we found very peaceful. We very much enjoyed having coffee on the deck, reading in the sitting rooms, and swimming in the well maintained pool surrounded by lush plants. We enjoyed the grounds so much that we actually skipped eating dinner out one night in exchange for making a meal in. We hope to be back someday soon! Thank you for an incredible stay. We truly feel that staying at this residence significantly impacted how great of a time we had in Key West.

The current drapes are light filtering, where the room is almost as bright as daylight at night, making it very difficult to sleep.

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was like a home away from home. Super clean. Convenient location- close to everything but just far enough away. Didn't feel like you were on a main road. Mostly quiet & calming atmosphere. Would stay again!!

Week get away

We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Pros: very clean, comfy bed and pillows, relatively short walk to Upper Duval, quiet, warm poolCons: Very small bathroom/shower, loud A/C and dehumidifier, no blackout shades for sleep- outside lights shine directly into room its daylight all night.

Very Mice Stay

Excellent easy self check in, room was spacious ( one of the bigger, I believe), clean, king bed was very comfortable, pillows worry the best I have stay on. Private, yet friendly other guess communication. Down stairs communities space is very spacious if traveling with other. Pool was nice and heated. Cleaning stay friendly and assisted when asked. Loved being so close to be able to walk thru most of old town. But many ways to get around. Only draw back parking is near impossible to find and very expensiv, so do plan to walk a lot.

Very clean with nice pool

We had a very nice stay. I recommend renting bikes from the place down the block. You can get everywhere within 5 minutes on bicycle.

Beautiful inn with a few details missing

We appreciated the generous public spaces, endless pool towels and coffee. Owners were prompt in answering our questions. Other guests were mature, quiet, respectful. However, for the price, a few important factors were overlooked. The mattresses were woefully hard and in need of replacement. So much careful attention to details, including exquisite pillows and linens. But the mattresses were awful and we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Also the bathroom vanity wood was in poor condition, peeling/shredded/chunks missing. And one evening as we arrived back to the inn, as a work crew member was peeing in the bushes by the driveway and then walked back up to the porch zipping up his pants. Would we stay here again? For the price versus the negatives, probably not.

Birthday Weekend

Brought my girlfriend here for suprise getaway. Place was great! Super clean, easy to get around. Beautiful grounds and close enough to strip but far enough as well. Really had no interactions besides cleaning lady. Would definitely go back, very romantic and quiet venue

Nice place, great location

It's pretty centrally located. The room and bathroom are up to date and clean. The checking process was easy and straightforward. Great stay! Would definitely go back
