**This accommodation lies up a set of narrow, spiral stairs to a gorgeous room with dramatic, dormered ceilings within the room and shower area. Please let us know if you have any concerns on the stairs or height of the ceilings as your comfort is our priority.

TREETOP VIEWS...
Spend your tropical retreat within the historic, adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion ready to capture your island spirit. Built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons, this prestigious masterpiece lures you back in time to an uncharted experience. A peaceful location just minutes to town, this hideout possesses all that your heart could desire while on Key West time. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***The full kitchen, dining and outdoor areas are available for all guests to enjoy.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Old world charm with modern luxury perks create a blissful experience for your island escape. Enjoy people watching out on the mansion's front porch and soak up the serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This romantic getaway is located on the 3rd story of the mansion above a set of spiral staircases. Find your well awaited, intimate suite with a unique design of dramatic, dormered ceilings within this charming attic space. A private balcony boasts breathtaking views of the pool and surrounding beauty. A king bed with cozy linens call your name with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge nearby. A PRIVATE ensuite full bathroom with a shower is featured, also showcasing steeping slopes. This room is equipped with a cozy sofa sleeper and a writing table for those journaling their Key West story.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis even though you are located just a short walk or bike ride to everything on Duval St. Catch some rays out on the breezy 2nd floor sun deck with plenty of loungers overlooking the shimmering, community pool below.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

South Beach is 0.7 miles

The stairs are narrow and a little difficult when carrying large luggage or going down in heels. But if you take your time and know what to expect, you will be good - we did just fine (in our 50’s). The shower is very small and it’s easy to hit your head on the sloped ceiling. However, if you’ve cruised and taken a shower in that tiny space, you will be just fine here! Mark, the Inn Keeper, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making suggestions for us during our stay. He made us feel at home and recommended locations that matched our desires.

Location, cleanliness and onsite assistance was excellent. We booked Aria and the listing did say it was up a spiral stair case but there needs to be more emphasis on just how steep and dangerous those stairs are. Especially when wet. We are able bodied and found them very dangerous to navigate. The room was beautiful but not worth having to navigate as we called them by the end of the trip “the death spiral”. After a long day of walking it was a dreaded experience to have to climb them multiple times a day. We will choose a lowere level room next time. But other than that the Azul was excellent.

Host did not welcome us nor did we meet him. Water temperature for shower varied from extremely hot to warm during a shower. Stay was fantastic other than that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Azul is a great place to stay! It is walking distance to the heart of Duval street. Sloppy Joe’s is about a 20 minute walk to give you an idea. The place itself was so charming and clean. Mark, the onsite manager, was so helpful with suggestions of where to go and any questions you may have. There is a shared pool that was very warm and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

The innkeeper was very nice and helpful. The common areas and our room were very clean and very nicely decorated! Love the Halloween decorations too…big skeleton out front was a very nice touch!The views were nice however there was quite a bit of construction/painting going on while we were there so not super relaxing environment so we spent more time at other places for the day!

We know it is out of your control but the inconvenience of no water for the afternoon yesterday. No toilet paper in the main bathroom in the house and none in the bathroom by the pool. Our room was great and we loved it. We will stay again

Beautiful place in the middle of key west

This was a clean property which had everything including an ice machine and filttered water machine! Friendly professional people who work there and have thought of every extra touch to make your stay worry free! Great pool,and I stayed at the top "treehouse" room which had 2 sets of stairs to get to it. It was a large room and I enjoyed it with my own private deck!
