The house is perfect for all groups! Big families, couples, groups of friends. Perfect location in cocoa beach with everything you need for your vacation. If you are looking to add a chef to your trip, go with Chef Scot! This home matches perfectly with the most recent renaissance of Cocoa Beach and we would stay again.

My family and I had a delightful beach vacation at this home. Having the beach so close was great fun, and the house was very comfortable. The Host was wonderful to communicate with, and offered information on things to do, such as the Rocket Launch - great to watch! We appreciated the toys for the little ones, and the kids dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. So many different areas in and out for family to gather or be alone was very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping. A lovely place to enjoy a beach vacation!

The mater bedroom had a very nice lookout to the beach/water. The walk to the beach was a very nice walkway. Plenty of room for a large family to gather in. Easy in and out of the driveway. We had a great time and experience.

The home is gorgeous and directly on the beach. There were so few people around us that it was honestly like having our own private beach which, we loved. We have two teenagers and they loved having their own spaces with their own bathrooms. We travel a lot and this was probably one of the best vacation homes we have rentedThe only downside was that we really couldn’t find any excellent/quality restaurants nearby and Cocoa Beach itself has some areas that need refreshed and fixed up. We were in our own little world at the house and the view from just about every room was stunning.

Thank you Kxxxxy for your glowing 5 star review. We’re so happy you loved your stay at our beach home with a very private beach. It’s a huge compliment that we’re one of the best places you’ve stayed at. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Having been in CB for 7 years, we’ve found many restaurants we love, but we understand it’s hard when you’re only in town for a few days and it’s trial and error. We’d love to help you find better restaurants the next time you’re in CB.

This was our second time staying at this beach house and it was just as Fantastic as the first time. The house was immaculate, fully equipped with everything you need, beach toys, chairs, a gorgeous back yard with multiple seating areas, views of the ocean, and a pool! Even after the second stay, it proved perfect with new memories made and we could not ask for a better family vacation!

Great unobstructed ocean view and access. The beach is private and quiet. The house is kept beautifully and the kitchen fully stocked and with high end appliances. All the little areas, like pool, hammocks, outdoor bar, fire pit patio, green egg smoker and main deck was like having our own little island.Beach “toys” and towels provided. The host was always responsive and even offered to have board games delivered on the rainy days. It’s a great choice and we’d love to go back again.
