2 bedrooms with 2 independent entrances within a house. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Private bathroom. Large TV with Ciné + channels. Tassimo coffee maker.

Garden and parking closed. The car can be parked on the path, in front of the entrance to the room. Large automatic gate with integrated remote control on the keyring.

The accesses to the two internal doors giving access to the rest of the house are locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced in order to mop up noise between the two houses. It is an in-between between the independent studio and the bedroom in the homestay, creating a minimum of cohabitation.

The house is of recent construction. It does not have air conditioning in summer but it is very well insulated, which seems to avoid at least the inconveniences related to high heat (Large fan still available). Healthy habitat made with the most ecological materials (exterior insulation in wood panels, interior insulation in wood fiber, painting of the walls with natural oils).

Access to the outside on the west side is quiet, available and semi-reserved for tenants. A garden table, 4 chairs for your meals and a parasol available. Laundry access possible on request from the back of the house (washing machine, iron).

Booking possible from two nights. Bed linen and bath towels provided. No stress on the end cleaning, just leave the place in a decent condition (especially since I don't include any fees for this purpose).

Our cat Max will probably try to visit you for a hug. But if you'd rather keep your distance, let him know and he'll understand.

5 minutes walk from the city center. Shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, large Provencal market every Saturday morning...

On the border of the Ardèche, the Drôme and the Vaucluse. 40 minutes from Montélimar, 30 minutes from Orange, 50 minutes from Avignon. Less than 1 hour and a half from the sea.

Numerous tourist visits: Caves (Chauvet, Salamandre, Aven d'Orgnac...), canoeing down the Ardèche, La Roque-sur-Cèze, Goudargues (Little Venice) and other Provençal villages (Aiguèze), Avignon and its festival, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile farm, the city of Orange and its ancient theatre, Vaison la Romaine, Mont Ventoux, Gordes and the Ochres de Roussillon, the Bambouseraie and the little train of the Cevènnes...

Closer in summer: Bagnols beach, guinguettes, a large zip line in Pont-Saint-Esprit which crosses the Rhône, tree climbing in Saint Julien de Peyrolas.

To Avignon: Spirou Park, Wave Island Water Park
