Great Vacation!

We were very happy with this property. Everything was very clean and had everything included. The back patio was perfect! We sat every morning with our coffee overlooking the water. The property manager was very helpful with all our needs. I would stay here again.

Great Location

This is the first time my husband and I have stayed in Key Colony area. The rental was in a perfect location! You can walk to Sunset Park, Key Colony restaurant, the cabana club, Havana Jacks and Sparkys. The property was comfortable and had what we needed. The place does need some updates.

Stay was excellent for our use!

Property was in a great location to numerous beach accesses. The access to the Cabana club was awesome to get to cool off in the pool and enjoy the food there as well. New owners just took possession of the property during our stay but the management co. Stayed in contact whenever we had questions. The Inch Beach needs to be added to the new ownership is all we had a question about. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Marathon!

We loved this place! It was clean, right down the road from sunset park, and most importantly for our family of four, it had two twin beds in the second bedroom for our two boys that won’t share a bed… We fished right out the back on the channel and caught a snapper and a barracuda plus some other fish. The neighbors are friendly and we chatted with them all week as if we were our neighbors. The Spot is convenient. Check in was no more than a text message. Management was responsive to text messages. The living room, kitchen and dining room was large. And the passes for the cabana club was surprisingly fun! The kids would wear out at the beach and we’d pivot to the cabana club where M&D could get a drink and the kids could do cannon balls into the pool. We will book at this exact place again!

Great find!

We loved Key Colony Beach and this house! The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever. My back usually hurts after staying in hotels and rentals but I had no issues here! Very clean, spacious and vibrant house! We had the shades open on the huge windows all through the living room everyday! The balcony windows from her rooms were great! The covered parking was great for our jeep as we brought it without the top. The back deck area was great also! We loved looking at all the boats, fishing, and seeing the marine life! I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Oasis at KCB

Tastefully decorated and well- equipped home presents even better than the photos. The cathedral ceiling, front, side and back decks provided a very spacious feeling throughout. Bonus ocean peeks off front deck and quiet canal deck out back gave it a mini resort feeling. KCB is a vibrant walking & cycling community. Cabana Club membership was a big plus with nice beachfront, pool and bar available. Property managers were very responsive & went the extra step of personally delivering pre sent packages on the weekend; they also provided a thoughtful welcome basket with lots of extras! Don't forget to walk to Sunset Park 1 block away to join the evening sunset celebration and sing along! Only concern: canal dock is good for boats but not a kayak launch spot due to low water level and no ladder.

Amazing Family Vacation in Key Colony!

What a beautiful home! Thank you so much for having us! We had an amazing time starting with arrival and getting our gift basket to the closeness of the public boat ramp (2 miles away) and proximity to everything in Marathon. The home was perfect and spacious for our family of 5! We were able to get our boat in and docked behind the house with plenty of space for everything in the backyard. Having the hose close to the dock was great for a quick boat rinse at the end of the day after filleting our catch. Having a deep freezer in the garage was also really convenient. The home has everything you would need for the perfect family vacation!

Beautiful place and location

We loved our stay in this house. The location was perfect. There are lanterns inside that light up at dusk and make it even more special. We also enjoyed nightly walks to sunset beach. Bring or rent a boat if you stay here.

KCB

The house location is great. You have water views out front and back. Kitchen has all the basics. Bedrooms a little dated but comfortable. The management team left a lovely welcome basket with some essentials. They were very easy to deal with. The only real disappointment was when we booked it included membership to inch beach but new owners did not join so we were out of luck. Cabana is fine but always crowded.
