Enjoy the rich and lush landscape of the coveted Shipyard community. This beautiful end unit, townhouse-style property has an inviting coastal meets comfort theme, calming color palette, natural light, and carefully selected furnishings, this home combines comfort, convenience, and privacy.

Nestled in a quiet corner of the community encircling the famous Shipyard community, this townhouse has everything needed for a great time in Hilton Head. Step through the private front courtyard to the welcoming first floor which hosts the main living area and features beautiful hardwood floors and crown molding. Guests love the spacious open floor plan complete with a living area and pull-out couch and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen has two coffee makers and
all the cookware needed to prepare meals. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats six or on the patio with another table. The patio is a peaceful oasis. Enjoy a meal, drink, or a nap on one of the lounge chairs as you enjoy a view of the lagoon and wildlife. The gas grill makes this outdoor space the perfect place to barbecue. Guests also have a half bath and laundry room on the first level.

The second floor enters into a lovely loft area complete with a twin bed and trundle. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, balcony and an ensuite. The large bathroom has a soaker tub to relax after a long beach day. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with
another private bath. Both bedrooms and the loft have a television.

Finally, guests have access to the community pool, a private balcony, and private patios. This villa is in a great central location, that affords privacy yet convenience to the island's treasures. The villa is just .8 miles from the Pope Avenue entrance and all that Coligny Beach offers. The Shipyard Golf Club is .5 miles and beach parking is available within Shipyard Plantation at the Shipyard Beach Club 1.3 miles away. Take advantage of the bike/leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard.

Home away from home

Such a cute and comfy place to stay. Had everything we needed and were just minutes from the beach and walking paths. Will look forward to coming here next year if still renting!

Much needed vacay!!!

Everything went well with renting the property and it is a very nice condo with Everything you need included. It's also close to the pool, which was nice. The only complaint I really had was upon showing up at the gate entrance of Shipyard, the guard could not give me any information of where to go. I did not receive an address for the condo itself, I only had the address for Shipyard Plantation so that's what I put in my GPS. Because I arrived on a Sunday, I had a difficult time getting someone on the phone to help me. It took a little time but finally spoke to someone. She informed me that I had been sent a text message several days before my arrival date that had an address and instructions stating that I needed to go by their office first to pick up my pass. I never received this text, therefore I could not give the security guard the information he needed to help me out. I just think that someone could come up with a less stressful way of checking in. When a customer has already prepaid for the vacation destination, there should be a stress free check in. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Great Vacation Location

The condo was just as advertised. Great location on the island.. 1 minute walk to the pool, and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The Townhouse was clean and spacious enough for our party of 6. Had a great time.

Spacious Property and Great Location

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) enjoyed our stay very much. The condo has a lot of space and was very comfortable. Great location as biking to the beach and shops/restaurants was easy. We loved the backyard area and the wildlife it hosted. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

Shipyard Stay

This was my 3rd trip to Hilton Head, my first at Shipyard. We stayed for 3 weeks. This property was beautiful, it was clean. It was in a peaceful location with the lagoon in our backyard. Anytime I reached out to property managers I had pretty much instant responses! Bike and walking paths throughout are convenient. Beach is a little over a half hour walk away, a 15 minute bike ride and literally a 5 minute drive. During our stay in April we mostly drove to the beach as all our beach supplies were in the car. We never had a problem finding parking, no matter what time we went to the beach. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely end-unit townhome in Shipyard

We enjoyed our two-week stay in this home very much and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. It was clean, well-equipped, and charmingly decorated. The beds are comfy and bedrooms and full baths spacious. My wife particularly appreciated the soaker tub in the primary bathroom. Having a unit with two floors was nice as friends staying in first-floor condo units in Shipyard reported noise from upstairs neighbours. The powder room on the main level is a nice convenience. The unit is well lit and has a lovely patio area with quite a large yard and a table that seats six with comfy, sturdy, swivel chairs. Though this is not really a complaint, it would be good to have nicer kitchen cutlery. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with good knives, dinner wear, serving dishes, etc. This unit is not close to the only beach access point in Shipyard, but it is a short bike or car ride away and there is ample parking near the beach (in early March at least - might not be the case in the busier months). If you walk to the beach it would take about 17 -20 minutes. There were no beach chairs or bikes provided at the unit so bring your chairs from home if you’re driving, and if you rent bikes, be sure to get baskets as you’ll need them if you bike to the beach with towels, etc. Overall we highly recommend this lovely home away from home and would rent it again:)

Snowbird in Hilton Head

Happy Place was wonderful. The lagoon view out the back was spectacular. Husband even caught a few fish! House was beautifully decorated and had more than adequate ameneties. Nice selection of kitchen equipment. Property Manager's were highly responsive. Our only negative would be that the beds were quite firm for our taste. Especially the bed in the guest room which seemed excessively firm. Location is perfect. Mid Island. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Vacation Spot

Great location and convenient to so many things to do! The beach was close, the golf courses were plentiful, lots of eating spots, and a fun surprise with the wildlife (deer!) in the backyard each evening/morning! Would highly recommend this place!

Happy place was very spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed it very much. It would have been nicer to be closer to the beach access but we made it work. We had a few problems ...clogged toilet, light bulb replacement, and AC issues bit all were fixed in time. Overall it was a very nice place. The proximity to Coligny (one of our favorite places!) was very nice.

Perfect spot in Shipyard!

Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We always stay is Shipyard and this property was perfect. Pool was beautiful and quiet, would stay here again!

Hilton Head Vacay

Property/condo was exactly as described. Neat, clean and kept up well. Mile distance to the beach made for a nice bike ride everyday with the family. Good location overall. Overall, would recommend this property.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall great property - very spacious located with quick access to both entrances/exits to Shipyard. End Unit with easy access to walking/biking path directly across the street. Well-maintained and well-equipped especially the kitchen. Nice comfortable outside patio with view. Newer, full sized washer dryer made it easy for a multi-week stay. We'd definitely stay here again!
