Eclectic beach decor and stone details in both bathrooms add a touch of luxury. Guests will have access to an outdoor shower, a shared pool, and a shared tennis area during their stay. You'll be close to the ocean and other fun activities during your stay in this beachy condo!

*Dear guest, please note that there will be construction going on between 7 AM and 9 PM. There may be construction at the complex, as well as a new condominium being built on the property next door, which will continue through at least the end of the present year. Work is being performed daily using heavy machinery, so construction noise is significant and previously shown views from the balcony may be impacted. This is taking place immediately adjacent to Sugar Beach, approximately 10-15 yards from this rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
