Fully Renovated Condo....(water damage from another unit resulted in a full renovation in 2025/2026 and the loss of our VRBO Premier Status)
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, just steps to the beach, a perfect getaway to enjoy all Provincetown has to offer or just rest & relaxation on the beach.
This One-Bedroom Condo is located at Jones Locker in the desirable West End, a convenient walk to Town Center, Relish, The Red Inn or The Provincetown Inn.

The unit comes with one parking space that's just a short walk to the condo and also provides convenient 10 minute parking for loading & unloading at the property.

Renovated completed in the Spring 2026, Nicely appointed with new linens & towels and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. Water & Ice Maker In Refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher, Induction Cooktop, Oven, and Mini Splits (Air Conditioning) in LR & BR.

Bathroom now feature's a Full Size Walk-In Shower with an additional Rain Shower Head. Complimentary Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner also provided along with other personal care items should something have been forgotten.

The Bedroom features a Memory Foam Mattress, New Linens (sheets & towels refreshed annually), Platform bed w/drawers for storage, Blackout Curtains for sleeping in late.

We are Keyless Entry, (No need to carry keys) Xfinity Cable TV, Secure High-Speed Wireless Internet, as well as Bose Bluetooth wireless speaker.

Beach Chairs & Beach Towels Provided

Unfortunately, the association rules do not allow any pets or smoking (Sorry, No Pets & No Smoking at this property)

A Bike Rack is available for guests along with multiple bike rental shops throughout town.

Beautiful very recent renovations with high end finishes, extremely well stocked with everything you’d need for a beach vacation. Quiet west end area not rowdy but only a 5 min bike ride or 10 min walk to center of town. Bike parking always available, on site beach access and close to Herring Cove beaches, car parking spot had plenty of room on both sides.

We spent the first two weeks of August here, and this rental exceeded our expectations in every way.This was my 10th summer in Provincetown, so I’ve stayed in many different rentals. What stood out was how thoughtfully this was set up as a true vacation rental. It was exceptionally well stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, toiletries, laundry and cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, and a genuinely fully equipped kitchen. I usually bring many of these things from home, but this time most stayed in the car.The unit is recently renovated, modern, and extremely well designed. While the space is not large, the layout makes excellent use of every inch and actually felt more spacious than some larger rentals I’ve stayed in. Great appliances, filtered water and ice maker, thoughtful lighting, and a beautiful tiled bathroom with a large multi-head shower.The location is magical, with direct access to the bay beach. At low tide you can walk to the Provincetown Inn, and it’s an easy walk to Boy Beach and the breakwater.The shared laundry was never an issue during our two-week stay. Bring quarters, as the washer and dryer are 2.50 each. Keyless entry was another nice convenience.Beautifully renovated, exceptionally well equipped, and in a fantastic location. After ten summers in Provincetown, I have a pretty good sense of what makes a rental work well, and this one gets the details right. We had a terrific two-week stay and would very happily return.

Perfect little escape

We had an amazing time in Provincetown and this condo was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed and found the place to be clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. Being right at the water was ideal with beach access and on west end was ideal. We can’t wait to come back and hope we’ll be able to stay here again.

Perfect spot. Perfect hosts.

Lovely and well appointed condo. Great responsive and helpful hosts. I can’t say that anything could have been better. Great weather certainly a bonus. I would stay again in a flash. It’s close enough to walk to the center of activity but far enough away to have a quiet retreat. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay!!!!

Serene Beautiful Location

I have been coming to Ptown for over 25 years and this was definitely one of the best places I have stayed. Jeff and Dan were so responsive and kind. The unit was beautiful and so comfortable. I had the opportunity to meet several of the neighbors who were very welcoming and friendly.

P town get away

This small beautifully appointed 1 bedroom 1 bath unit was amazing. The owners have supplied the unit with anything you might need. With location steps from the bay it was magical.

Mesmerizing View

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Jeff’s condo. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and the lay out made it feel very comfy. The location in the West End was prime with short walking distance to the Red Inn, Breakwater and Herring Cove beach. The views from the common deck are mesmerizing. Our favorite time was at low tide walking the tidal flats. Will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful West End Stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this comfortable, quiet, one bedroom, West End condo, on the harbor. The location was perfect for us - a short walk into town, assigned parking, and mere steps to the water. For those of you arriving by boat or bus -- Jeff and Dan have provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella! The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, and the condo is sparkling clean and fresh. We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location

This apartment is perfect for two people. It had everything we needed plus a bunch of extra amenities like little tubes of toothpaste and beach chairs. Check in and check out were painless. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Very convenient beach access and places to keep bikes. All in all, this was a wonderful place for us to stay in Province Town; I only have good things to say!

Buoys Dream for sure

Cheers to Jeff and Dan! They were the best owners I've encountered. This property was everything it claimed to be! Gorgeous sunrise views off the deck or on the beach below, all the right amenities, comfortable, cozy, and super clean. The walk into town was pleasant and if you don't want to hoof it too far there are wonderful shops and restaurants within a block. We will book this again ! and

Peaceful waterfront getaway

We loved our stay in this charming condo. It’s perfect for two; and we can’t say enough about the location. It’s far enough away from busy Commercial Street to enjoy some peace and quiet but close enough that you can be at your favorite restaurant in a 10-minute walk. It’s right on the water, and we loved our morning coffee on the deck and walking into the harbor at low tide. Lovely, cozy comfort!

This was our first vacation since COVID began and we were a little nervous. Jeff and Dan’s place far exceeded our expectations. It’s comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. And the beach is right there! We were able to wake up in the morning and have our coffee on the beach! Jeff and Dan are great communicators - reaching out to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. Just so sweet and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommended.

Can’t beat it!

Really can’t say enough great things about this property!! Jeff and Dan have everything you need here… no really! House is fully stocked with extra silverware, towels, beach gear, you name it. Very very clean and what a view 😃 The designated parking spot is also a huge plus especially with this hustle and bustle of the town. Will certainly be coming back next year.. thank you guys once again!!

Great to celebrate our 25th anniversary!

We decided to celebrate our special milestone by spending two weeks in Ptown. The place is great and was the perfect getaway. I especially appreciated the rain jackets in closet as we did have some rainy days and I had not brought anything. Our hosts were super responsive for anything. I will finish with this - our hosts had waiting for us a bottle of Veuve and generous gift card for Red Inn as they were aware of our special occasion. Truly blown away by that gesture.

Lovely Ptown stay

This little condo was a great place to stay for our winter getaway. While the weather was cold, it was nice to have the shared deck to gaze upon the water. The beach access is very dependent on high tide, I had not realized that the tide was that high so often so look before going down the stairs! Very clean, and had little details of things that are handy - toothpaste, plenty of nice sized towels, everything one needs for the kitchen. The shops and restaurants on Commercial Street were walkable, we went now, in January, when things are closed, we knew this ahead of time and it made it that much more peaceful. The check in process was easy and the communication was excellent. Parking is probably a five ish min walk to the property, no problem. I can't think of a complaint. I'd stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

The Perfect P-Town Pad

Jeff & Dan have the most perfect apartment in a lovely development on the quiet flower-lined west end of Commercial Street. Secluded from the hubbub but close enough for get there in five minutes. I'm picky, but the apartment had everything I could imagine needing and more - from beach chairs to rain slickers, they made it so that I didn't have to prepare as much as I did. I've never seen such a thoughtfully well-stocked apartment, The mattress has us both sleeping like babies the entire trip and being right by the water was a dream unto itself. For a moment I had a concern about my rental bike and they instantly replied in the most helpful way possible. I'm so grateful I want to give these guys a hug for making our trip so fabulous. Thank you a million times, it was the vacation I needed!

West End Gem

This property was the perfect, quiet west end locale. We loved the access to the beach for walks and watching the tide come in as well as sitting on the deck watching the tide go out with a beautiful sunset. It was close to everything, exactly what we expected and did not disappoint. Highly recommend!
