The Space Step inside this stylishly restored, pet-friendly mid-century modern condo filled with natural light and carefully curated eclectic decor. You'll immediately notice the distinctive architecture: classic water-stripped block walls and original industrial concrete floors create authentic character. A plush sofa anchors the living room, completed with a striking sunburst mirror that catches and amplifies the natural light streaming through. Climate control is handled by a new, efficient A/C system and smart thermostat, keeping you comfortable year-round. A single bathroom with a bathtub serves the condo. Two bedrooms are decorated with intention and outfitted with hotel-quality Beautyrest mattresses—a detail guests consistently rave about in their reviews as genuinely restful. The property sits within a small, four-unit community. You'll have complete private access to your entire condo through your private entrance, ensuring your stay feels personal and secure. Striving to be an earth friendlier human, one step at a time. With my home I replaced lawns and mulberry trees with drought tolerant, desert and bee friendly vegetation and artificial turf, installed natural gas and high efficiency air conditioners and smart thermostats, replaced most lighting with LED, injected foam insulation into the 1960 era block walls, hoping to install solar panels (battling local power provider) to replace 95% of our grid power and looking into becoming a bee farmer. If you're are into earth friendlier living, hit me up, I'd love to learn what you are doing!

This is a mid-century modern property that I fell in love with before I had ever heard the term mid-century modern. Back then it had wood picket fences, water hungry grass and mulberry trees and zero character. I have slowly converted into a property that I am really proud of BUT still a work in progress. Stay with us and you will NOT be in a typical American cookie cutter property! :-)
