Waterfront Escape—Private Pool, Game Room, Hot Tub & Dockside Views Near Indian Rocks Beach
Come experience the best of both worlds in this private waterfront home in Indian Rocks Beach. Situated directly on the intercoastal with a dock, swimming pool, hot tub, and resort-style lounge area. Beautiful quaint Indian Rocks Beach is just a six-minute walk away. Between the home and the beach, there's a nice outdoor park with two playgrounds, tennis courts, a basketball court, a skate park, and a baseball field.
This luxury home features balconies and waterway views from the main living spaces and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There's also a game room that feels like its own little living space directly off the outdoor area.
Ground Floor
Bar & Game Room: Has a ping pong table, sitting area, sleeper sofa, bag boards, a four-top dining table, TV, bar with bar stools, and mini fridge. In the garage, you will also find a beach wagon and folding beach chairs. There are also pool towels in the game room for guest use.
Outdoors: Beautiful heated pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, and gas grill. The backyard is fully enclosed with a picturesque white fence and a dock over the intercoastal.
Second Floor
Kitchen: The large open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and includes a wine cooler. Other provided amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Keurig duo, tea kettle, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Eight top farmhouse dining table and breakfast bar with four bar seats.
Living Area: A sectional sofa, TV, ceiling fan, a play area for kids, and a sitting area that faces the sliding doors leading to the large outside deck with a dining table and umbrella. There are stairs from this balcony that lead down to the main level lounging area.
Bedroom #1: A Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, dresser space, and a closet.
Bathroom #1: Single vanity sink and standing shower. No tub.
Third Floor
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and closet space.
Bathroom #2: Full bath shared with the upstairs guest bedrooms with wide, single-sink vanity, and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3: The kid's room has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on the top. Cute little sitting area and closet.
Bedroom #4 & Bathroom #3: The master bedroom boasts a large open concept with balconies. You can look out to the water from just about every area in the room. King bed, TV, large garden tub, glass shower with double shower heads, double vanities, a makeup area, big walk-in closet, separate enclosed toilet room, and sitting area facing the large windows. On the balcony, you will find a sitting area facing the water.
Laundry Room: Has a full-size washer dryer and sink.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces.

There's a shopping center on the way to the beach that has some famous seafood at Keegan's Seafood Grille, pizza at Chicago Jaxx, a hair salon, a boutique, and a beach shop. Bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and board rentals are also available in the area.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
