Check out this cozy, affordable second floor studio for four people. Tasteful, beach-themed décor keeps you in the vacation mood. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee in the ocean breeze on the back balcony. Here you have a private view of the Gulf and are close to the boardwalk. The open area has a tufted couch, matching armchair and a coffee table that let you spread out and lounge on the plush pillows. Watch TV from the couch or while laying in bed. There are 2 Full size beds, nightstands and a chest for your putting away your beach attire. The full bathroom has a deep tub to relax after a day in the water or at the beach. The
full kitchen has everything you need: appliances, dishes, and utensils for your cooking needs. There is a table for two just outside the kitchen for an intimate meal or game of cards. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach and 2 Shared Community Pools.

Room had great amenities and was close to the boardwalk onto the beach. Balcony perfect for watching the sunrise. Well manicured landscaping and 2 nice pool areas. Excellent communication from host. Check-in and check-out process was seamless.wvereasy

Great location, good access to beach...Beds were soft - we like hard mattress but that's just our preference. Good view of beach from balcony.Do feel there should be a safety grab bar in the bathtub.

Nice condo

Condo is in great location, close to everything, complex is old but it’s well kept. The pool is nice. The unit is clean, well kept and great for 2 people, 4 would be a bit crowded. Only downside is no washer/dryer in the unit. Very enjoyable stay and we’ll be back.

Quiet studio condo

Nicely decorated studio condo. Comfortable beds and furniture. The property is older but in great shape. Location to beach and pool is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Household essentials

For example: broom but no dust pan. Mixer but no mixing bowls. Very little silverware. We were there for 26 days and did not have any cleaning supplies for sinks or toilet. Also i guess we were expected to use the same sheets for 26 days. We loved the condo and location but would not go back.

Great location

Was our 50th anniversary. My wife was sick previously, I got sick on the 2nd day and did not get out of bed. Checked out te next day and drove home. Did walk the beach once but was sick the rest o the time.

Very comfortable and a great location

The room was the perfect location for me and my Mom's trip. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable and fit all of our needs perfectly. I will be back.

This place has a lot of positive things to offer: great location with a view of the ocean, well insulated to dampen noises from other rooms, a nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise and nature. The beds and furniture are ok. The swimming pool (one of them) is great, and close by. We swam after dark in total comfort and safety. On the other hand, the room is somewhat rundown. The kitchen, if utilitarian, is very old. And as a warning, I ended up with blisters on my fingers after heating my full coffee mug for 60 seconds. The cup is NOT microwave-friendly. The coffee was lukewarm, and the cup burned me. The bathroom doesn't even have a an exhaust vent... I didn't like the bathroom. Nothing terribly wrong with it, it's just a general sensation. The place wasn't super clean either. We found candy wrappers in one of the kitchen drawers, and what we imagine was the dish scrub brush looked so unclean we decided not to touch it. To be clear, the communication with Life in Paradise via text and email was unequivocally satisfactory. They responded to my questions and doubts promptly and courteously, and were very helpful. All in all, our stay was a happy one. It's not too far to the town center. If they could spruce up the place a bit and bring it up to date, it would be ideal!

This way to the Beach!

This was the perfect size room for two people. The kitchen was small, but we didn't use it for anything but the refrigerator. The main attraction to this place is definitely the living/bedroom/balcony. It was well appointed with the typical seascape island decor, but it was very cute and well done. Thank you for the very nice place stay. Hopefully, we'll rent it again some day.

Nice place and close to boardwalk

We had a good view of the oceAn and close to pool and the island retreat was amazing. Next time we bring tennis/ basketball stuff for the court and will enjoy those, pool and playground. Quiet place on weekdays as well.

Great Stay

Condo was small, but fine for 2 people, would’ve been very tight if more than 2. It was clean, great location, communication about check in was good. Everything worked fine. Pool was clean and near the condo, boardwalk also very near the condo. Complex is old, but well kept and very clean. Wife and I will be back to this unit, however, if we bring the kids we’ll need a larger place.

Absolutely Amazing

Great view!

Overall, we would stay again. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Close enough to town that it was a short drive. Excellent view from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time. Short walk to the beach over a private boardwalk. Could use some updates, carpet and counter tops. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Extremely clean & centrally located.

The property was extremely clean and very centrally located. The boardwalk to the beach is practically right outside the rear of the property and it was just a few minutes drive to the store and restaurants. The check in process was very easy and did not require us to go to a different location to acquire keys. The property complex felt very safe, with security on-site and visible. Security even walked through the pool area once to be sure we were property guests. We would definitely rent this property again.

Short beach trip

The property is such great access to the beach! The second floor accommodates a wonderful balcony that can see the beach. The efficiency is exactly like the pictures. Furniture is all great! Kitchen and bathroom adequate. Plenty of clean towels. The floors and rugs could be cleaner.

The second floor view was very good. The unit was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Beach access very good. It was quiet. Mosquitoes were terrible. Would have been nice if someone sprayed for them. Lighting unit was poor. Need LED bulbs with more lumens.
