Villa Porspol with a View of the Sea

The “Porspol” villa is located right on the beachfront of Carantec’s most beautiful beach, with a view of the sea.

The house has its own separate entrance, a private garden, and parking for 4 cars.
The “Porspol” villa overlooks the sea directly, on Porspol Beach and facing Callot Island; access to the beach is via a cul-de-sac 40 meters from the villa.
The coastal trail is also accessible just 50 meters from the villa, allowing you to explore the entire Breton coastline—spanning hundreds of kilometers for the most adventurous.

The villa:
Spanning three levels and approximately 130 m², the villa features 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people (including children and adults).

Garden level:
A 200 m² garden with a plancha grill and outdoor furniture (a 6-seat lounge set).
The house has a private entrance through the garden; this entryway consists of a room of approximately 8 m² where guests can remove their shoes and hang their coats. It leads to a beautiful staircase up to the main living area on the first floor.

First floor:
With a total area of approximately 90 m², it features 2 bedrooms with ocean views, a main living area with ocean views and a large, fully equipped kitchen (built-in fridge-freezer, three-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large stainless steel sink, blender, electric juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle), a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry area in the bathroom (washer and dryer), and a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.
In the living room, you’ll find a 160 cm flat-screen TV, a Live Box, and Wi-Fi.
Please note that the two bedrooms with ocean views each have built-in closets and their own sink.

2nd floor:
From the first-floor hallway, a staircase leads to two attic bedrooms without windows, equipped with electric heating. One of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom (shower and sink).

The “Porspol” villa boasts an exceptional location thanks to its magnificent ocean view of Callot Island and its direct access to the beach and the coastal trail. You can also walk to the town center, just 800 meters away, with all its shops and market. You can also walk to all the restaurants:

La Villa “Porspol” is available year-round with a minimum stay of 2 nights and for full weeks from June through September inclusive

The villa must be left in impeccable condition, with trash disposed of in the underground containers provided for this purpose throughout the town. Guests must vacuum the villa before departure, empty the dishwasher, and put the dishes away as they were upon arrival.
