We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was absolutely charming, very clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space nice and cool, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only minutes from the marina. There was also plenty of room to park our boat, which was a huge plus. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

I didn't care for layout. 2 beds Just placed. But we only needed it for showers and sleep so it served purpose. Alot of bugs though..

There are mosquitos an sand gnats in our area. Yes we have lots of bugs/ insects. But that is normal for north Florida. There are no bugs or roaches inside. The cottage is clean and nice. It is not a home so I’m sorry if it wasn’t a fancy condo. If you wanted fancier you should have went to a condo and paid the $300 per night. You make it sound as it the cottage is bad. You are the only person who has complained. Sorry it wasn’t to your specifications but it isn’t a condo at the beach it is a country cottage.

Perfect little bungalow

This was a nice place to stay. Not fancy but clean and perfect for what we needed. No complaints whatsoever.

Thanks for staying with us. We are older fishing and scalloping cottages but we pride ourselves on cleanliness. I have had to let housekeepers go because they didn’t clean to my standards. We are quaint and vintage old school cottages but we are modernizing more and more. Even though we would prefer to stay old and vintage style. Most people prefer modern. So be it.

Short vaca for scallops and fourth

Perfect private little house. Hot water was plentiful and AC is perfect for this small getaway. Would have even been comfortable if it was more than just two adults!

Secluded but close to everything!

Great little spot. Nothing fancy but very clean and was perfect for my husband and I and our pups for a long weekend scalloping. Great communication from property manager. Will definitely be back!

The only note was that the front door did not fully lock, but we were only there for one night in between stays so it wasn’t much of a concern.

Cute and simple

It was perfect for our weekend of scalloping. We spend most of our time on the water and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We needed a late check in that she so graciously accommodated. My older son enjoyed the upstairs lodge. The house was small and simple and exactly whG we needed for the weekend

Cute little fishing town and house

This tiny house is fine. Not super clean, not super nice, but not bad. It is mostly just older and lacking upkeep. We were unable to lock the deadbolt on the front door and the bathroom could use some maintenance. We really liked the location and Steinhatchee is a beautiful small fishing town.

Thank you, it has been going through remodeling. We put a new roof on and the kitchen, bathroom and a new door is being put in. We were held up from getting it done because other homes needed work worse. We don’t have enough building repair personnel in our area. Also hurricanes have stalled our project. As for cleanliness, I was out of town and the housekeeper wasn’t doing her job. She is no longer employed with me. I’m so sorry. Coastal cottage 522 is in the process now and 524 and 526 have been done.

Cute clean

Cute and clean property. Small, but perfect for a small party of people. We didn't spend much time there, except to sleep, but had a great time.

Scalloping Trip July 20 - 22, 2021

Loved the cottage. Close to boat ramps and downtown Steinhatchee. Cottage was very clean, Mary our contact person was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
