With a brand-new board walk leading directly to our pristine beach, this beautiful home was featured on HGTV as a prime vacation abode. The large 24'x20' outdoor deck has a new and well maintained six person hot tub, table and chairs, two loungers, and swing bed for the ultimate in relaxation. Inside, the spacious, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats eight, and comfortable bedrooms truly make this a home away from home. The master suite has king size bed with private bath, bedroom #2 has queen bed with bath, and bunk room sleeps four. 55" smart TV in living room and highspeed internet will keep you closely connected to work, school, and the outside world, if you so choose.

The historic towns of Port St Joe & Apalachicola are within short driving distance, loaded with unique shops, restaurants, and sights to explore. Enjoy a spectacular day at the beach swimming, strolling, and collecting shells, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then lounge on the back deck with a cool drink until it's decided to dine in or go out!

This house warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs so bring your fur baby along- s/he deserves a nice vacation, too! (Please: dogs are required to be on tick and flea preventative for their own health and cleanliness of our home because these parasites are very prevalent in the CSB area).

Cape San Blas beaches are dog friendly! Our neighborhood provides a quiet road & nice walking paths. Please keep your dog on a leash, clean up after your pet, and limit any excessive barking.
