Wonderful modern apartment in a residential section of Vienna. Very modern with new appliances and excellent AC. The studio is a hotel room with a small kitchen area, nice bathroom and a charming very patio. Aleksandra and Alexander are excellent hosts and very attentive and responsive.

This is a wonderful property with a lot of care taken to make your stay extra nice. The hosts communicate rapidly and are extremely charming. There are great restaurants nearby and it was a quick and pleasant walk to the train/tram/U stations to see all of the sites. You are also within walking distance of quite a few places. Markets, shops, and dry cleaners are nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Studio 3rd district Vienna

Very clean, quiet studio, very secure on ground floor with small private terrasse. Nicely furnished and equipped. 10 minute walk to next subway station and very close to Hundertwasser Haus. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely apartment and excellent hosts!

We loved our stay in the apartment, and even extended our visit. The facilities are excellent with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The laundry is very handy too. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming!

Great location in Vienna

This is the perfect little apartment to base your visit in Vienna. It is in walking distance of downtown as well as Prater Park. Our hosts were especially helpful with the check in process as well as suggesting awesome restaurants and activities to do. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to everything

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to food and all the sights. Apartment only accommodates tw o people. Very compact. Would highly recommend this rental.

Warm, cozy and exceptional on every level.

Very clean & modern. Well supplied. Host gave us a very thorough tour. Quiet area. Instructions supplied for all appliances. Host very responsive and went out of his way to assist us.

Dream apartment in an ideal location

I would live at this apartment! My stay in Vienna was a delight thanks to this property. It is in a quiet residential setting, though walking distance to everything I wanted to do and see. It's proximity to the main train station made getting to/from the airport very easy. Check-in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and pictures from the host. The host was helpful in making sure my stay was working out well, and quickly answered the few questions I had. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend! I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect apartment in a lovely neighbourhood

First of all we want to thank Alexandra and Alexander for their kindness and helpfulness. Warm thanks! The Apartment is lovely and there is everything You need. Location is perfect. Everything is near. Shopping centrum (Landstrasse), Market (Rochusmarkt), tram stop, station (Wien Mitte, Landstrasse) and so is...but still it is quiet. We recommend warmly this apartment for everybody.

Perfectly clean. All over. Additional cleaning on request. Convenient laundry arrangement in a dedicated room at a nominal charge. Well equipped kitchen for cooking basic breakfast. Espresso machine. Large screen TV which we never used. Clean, spacious bathroom equipped with modern stuff for showering and washing.Cozy balcony where we had a couple of coffee/ wine experiences. The room looks into an inner yard which made the whole stay very quiet. Both Alexandra and Alexander have been not only very nice but super helpful.

Elegant comfortable compact apartment

While outside the city centre this modern, stylish, well designed apartment is only 400 meters from the subway and therefore two stops to Stephansplatz on one line (U3) and two stops from Karlsplatz on the U4. The apparent is small but efficient with a very comfortable true king size bed, a well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. It works well for couples and the hosts are lovely. We were treated with fresh roses, sparkling wine and chocolates. Also good storage, so the space is not cluttered. A great overall experience

Fantastic Apartment!

Thank you so much for helping ensure that we had a wonderful stay in Vienna! The apartment was just as it was described, and the location could not have been better! Coming in from the airport, to have it so close to Wein Mitte was fantastic. To be within walking distance of the historical part of Vienna was even better. We also appreciated all the personal touches that just made our visit that much more memorable. The directions to nearby places, access to laundry facilities (very helpful if one is traveling for several weeks), and internet access (a must if one is traveling with a teenager!) was all noted and helped make our trip fantastic. Thank you so much for all that you did, it was all appreciated!

The property was beautiful and the size was ample for our needs. I would love to return some day!

Our hosts were gracious. They thoroughly explained all of the accommodations and services provided. We particularly appreciated the separate laundry room in the building. It, along with everything else in the building, was spotless. The private storage room for luggage and other belongings, which freed up space in the apartment, a first for us, was a welcome amenity. Alexander and Aleksandra were quick to respond the few times we had questions and showed up promptly when we needed help with our laundry card. Also, the property is close to the canal if you wish to stroll and we made a happy discovery of the Hundertwasser Project in the neighborhood Thank you for a wonderful stay Alexander and Aleksandra!

Wonderful Apartment in Vienna!

In our six week trip through eastern Europe and Austria, this was the most modern and elegant place in which we stayed. It is exactly as pictured. Every detail was in place. Alexsandra and her husband were very helpful, meeting us at the apartment and explaining where everything was located. The apartment is on the ground floor of a very nice building, about a five minute walk from the train station, which made it a very convenient location. There is a direct line from the airport as well as to Westbanhoff. Security in the building is excellent. The laundry room is just down the hallway. The amenities were just superb. We highly recommend!

A delicacy from Vienna

My wife and I stayed 10 days in one of the Sofie apartments. This is an amazing location. I wish we we could have stayed longer. Going over the others positive reviews, it looks like we are not the only ones to be extremely satisfied with our stay and we could not agree more with the positive feedbacks. In terms of quality/price, I don't think one can find a better deal. The apartment is ideally located, it is new and decorated with style. It is equipped with everything you can hope for, down the the finest detail. Aleksandra and Alexander, the owners, are really nice and friendly. They welcomed us with champagne and sweets from Austria, kept our luggages the last day while we were enjoying Vienna and call us a cab to the airport. Could not have dreamed for better hosts. Many thanks for this wonderful vacation !

Extra Clean, Comfortable, Lovely!

This apartment looks just like the photos. It's very clean, has one of the most comfy beds, excellent shower, quiet, good location & excellent owners. We would stay here again & recommend it highly. The kitchen is well-equipped for simple meals. Has a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, tea pot, hot water pot, etc. The washer/drier is very convenient to the apartments. The internet connection was good (but sometimes dropped out & was slow), TV reception is good. The bathroom has a wonderful shower, space for your things & good lighting. Plenty of closet storage/hangers. Heavenly bed - as good as home! We slept really well here. Sheets/blankets/pillows/mattress are all top notch & very clean. The owners are kind & very responsive. Location is good/safe & easy to get to the metro which will take you everywhere you want to go. The metro stop has grocery stores/shopping mall/ATM.

Delicious appartments

This is without a doubt the best apartments in which we have ever stayed at. Everything is new and decorated with great taste. Wide comfortable bed, huge TV with more than 500 channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. I don’t even mention about such little things like a sponge and dish soap. There's even an electric fireplace to create a romantic mood! From the room you can go out to a small balcony, where you can have a nice outdoor dining in the warm months. Excellent soundproof, the impression is that you live alone, while all the rooms were occupied. You don’t hear your neighbours at all! Apartments are located within a 5-10 minute walk from the Vienna-Mitte, subway and train to the airport. At the same place there is a shopping center with a supermarket Spar, working late and on weekends. About 2 blocks one of the attractions of Vienna - the Hundertwasser House is located. Next to it - a bakery, which is working on weekends and opens early in the morning to drink a cup of tasty coffee and eat delicious fresh bun. Also, if desired, you can get by feet to to all the attractions in the center (the chance to get better acquainted with the city)! Hosts - very hospitable couple, always ready to help. We got lost at our way from the airport, and Alexander kindly met us at a crossroads where we were standing and held up to the house. And immediately provided us with all the necessary information, map of Vienna, the scheme showing different useful places (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc.). So we were ready to discover Vienna! Many thanks to Alexander and Alexander for our excellent holiday! Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah zum Zentrum.Voll ausgestattete KücheAleksandra ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben.Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Wien hätte nicht schöner sein können als in diesem hübschen und gemütlichen Apartment. Hier passt einfach alles, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Aleksandra und Alexander war super nett, wir bekamen eine wunderbare Einweisung mit allen Tipps und Tricks, und fühlten uns einfach rund um wohl. So wunderbar zentral liegt das Apartment: das Hundertwasserhaus um die Ecke einen Steinwurf entfernt, auch alle Haltestellen zu den Öffis, viele Restaurants und Supermärkte, alles fußläufig, es gibt einfach überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zeit verging wie immer im Urlaub viel zu schnell… vielen Dank an A&A für diese schöne Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder! M&M

Das Apartment ist einfach perfekt! Die Lage nahe der Wiener Innenstadt ist ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll, modern und zugleich gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Vermieter: sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Wien-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wien im Mai in einer tollen Wohnung

Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung empfangen. Uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt und gezeigt. Viele Tipps für in einer Woche Wien zu erleben hatte er uns gesagt. Einfach super. Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr ruhig und sicher.
