True Florida beach vibe, peace and quiet, and the Gulf just steps away only 100 feet from the water, and you just need to cross the street to reach Siesta Key Beach, the #1 beach in the USA. Restaurants, bars, shops, live music all just a short walk away, no car needed. But if you bring one, free parking is included!
It’s perfect to be able to pop back to the house for a break, restock the cooler or freshen up before heading out for sunset drinks.
The house is fully renovated, homely, cozy and full of quality touches comfy beds, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of bath towels everything’s ready for you to feel at home.
Perfect for couples, small families or wedding guests right between the Village and the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach.

Wonderful little cottage with a great location to the beach, area transportation, and to the Village. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by how clean and updated the cottage was and it had all the amenities for our stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating to all our questions and requests. Loved this little place.

We had everything we needed in this comfy cottage. The host were so good. We only had one beach chair and they showed up soon after talking with them with 2 brand new beach chairs. It was an awesome get away. We lived the patio with the jungle feel.

Our hosts were very attentive and friendly! Their place was nicely furnished and had everything we needed! The location was great—just a short walk across the street to get to the beautiful beach, and about a 12 min walk to the village. We definitely would recommend….and hope to be back someday!

Unit was very nice and literally across the road from the beach. Would suit 2-3 people well. Had stovetop, but no oven, which was not an issue for us. There were beach chairs and a cart, which was a pleasant surprise! Owner was quick to respond to messages. Overall good experience.

This is a small, charming studio-style apartment directly across the street from the stunning Siesta Key Public Beach. The apartment has all of the appliances, creature comforts, and facilities for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and rolling caddy for a trip to the beach. A small well-kept and private courtyard sits just outside the door with a bench swing, chairs, and a picnic table. This ground floor space is quiet, has adjacent parking, and is located a short distance (less than 0.5 mile) forom Siesta Key Village, home to a beautiful grocery market, cafes, and shops. The internet, large screen, and appliances worked perfectly and the bathroom and shower facilities were sleek, functional, and comfortable. I would stay again both solo or with a partner.

Great Beach Location

Great location across the street from the beach, a little farther from the village but still walkable. The rental was clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again if we visit Siesta Key.

Amazing location right across from the beach

We loved our stay. The place was cute and just enough space for two people. We could walk everywhere and no car really necessary. We would stay here again!

This little space is cozy and clean — and right across the street from the public beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and wheeled basket to take to the beach.

Wonderful location to both the village and the beach. Everything you need for a beach vacay in a comfortable well equipped and well appointed bungalow. The owners were very responsive and kind when we had a small AC issue which was quickly resolved.

We loved staying here, very cute and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach. Very updated and cute! Nice little back area to enjoy! We loved the porch swing! Very lovely owners. Would rent again!

I loved everything about this cottage! The decor and finishes are absolutely top-notch, the bed was super comfortable, and there was enough space to chill via the couch or the table and chairs. The owners were wonderful to work with as well. Very close to the beach (legitimately across the street), and we even walked to the village a few times even though there are PLENTY of low/no cost transportation options. I will definitely be back to the area and stay at any of the owner's properties if they have availability!
