We are always available in the event of an emergency, and we're sure to address the issues the moment we are informed of the situation. Brickell is known for its night scene, and for this reason the company has taken additional measures to maintain the quality of stay that our guests expect and enjoy. Since the time you visited, we have added 24-hour security solely focused on the residential side of the Icon, and have also reprogrammed the fob system to only allow guests to access their designated floor. You are invited to join us once more and see how we are taking steps to continue improving our guests' stay. It would seem that the rating given to our company on your behalf would be on account of incidents outside of our control and of you standing by for a larger refund than we provided, which was manifested in waiving parking costs for the entirety of your stay.
